This holiday home is part of a semi-detached house. With two entrances in opposite directions. The entrance to the courtyard is shared, but the backyard area, which can also be seen in the pictures, belongs entirely to the holiday home Luca. There is no passage here. The street-facing part of the house is rarely used. Guests can enjoy the cozy covered terrace, the barbecue area, and the solar shower in the garden. The interior furnishings are also practical and modern. The bedroom on the upper floor has a balcony and is equipped with an air conditioner, the use of which is included in the price. The air conditioner on the ground floor is not included in the price, as its use is not necessary. It is pleasantly cool and the large living room door is often left open. But if someone wants to use this air conditioner, it is possible for an additional fee.
A part of the town of Fonyód is the Árpád beach. It is located close to the house. If someone brings a bicycle, they can safely park it at the house, and it is more convenient to walk down to the beach, and there is a very good opportunity to do a lot of cycling in this area. You also don't have to worry about children, because there are very well-developed bike paths in this area, where everyone is used to looking out for each other :)
