Log cabin built of round logs with sauna and brick fireplace. The house is situated on a large, beautiful nature ground with tall trees, where you have the possibility to play boules, badminton. The house is situated in a quiet area. Only 350 metres to the child-friendly bathing beach. From the beach you have a view of the "Storebælts" bridge.
The house has a new kitchen, barbecue and garden furniture. The living room is new and you will find an open fireplace and a heat pump /AC floor heating in the bedroom, and in the bathroom. Several places to stay in the 1200m2 large and undisturbed garden. 3 bicycles (+ 4 children's bicycles, 2-14 years) are at your free disposal. 250 m. to the good supermarket. TV (German channels), DVD, CD, free internet (Wi-Fi).

Trelleborg viking borg (rebuilt from ruins) about 6 km from the house, Copenhagen (with Tivoli, Christiania and a thousand other attractions) 1-1½ hours drive away (highway - short of 100 km). Legoland in Jutland (over the Store-Belt-bridge, which can be seen from the house) some 3 hours away

Beautiful garden, very poor cleaning
The location was great, with a very nice garden. From the outside, the Fehs also made a quaint impression, just as we imagined a Danish log cabin. We arrived around 6 PM. Inside, at first glance, everything was cozy, it smelled of wood. After we unloaded our luggage, we noticed the uncleaned kitchen, a filled coffee filter bag in the coffee machine was still the least of it. All surfaces, including pans and. Pots were greasy / sticky, we first cleaned the surfaces, used only one pot. In the cabinets, open food items like oatmeal, pasta, flour, etc., we used none of that. The next shock we got in the shower (it is not shown in the photos, now we knew why). We suspected a very small room, that wouldn't be dramatic. These dark tiles, the mixing faucet were about 30 years old and everything was calcified, the joints darkly discolored. In the cabinets, shower utensils and soap remnants from other vacationers. The booked towels + bed linen were missing; after a call, the landlord promptly brought them to us, she was nice and friendly. Due to the language barrier and also to avoid a dispute late in the evening, we said nothing about the identified deficiencies. Iron defective, I burned a blouse. The dishwasher works, but some support rods inside are broken and rusted. Of the many bicycles, one was usable, the others not, rusty, broken saddles, dirty, etc. The spare key for the house was not available, the storage room was very messy. The terrace door could not be opened. The slats on the blinds were missing. Only 3 small windows could be opened. Dirt behind the small bathroom radiator. The toaster was missing the bread roll holder. Microwave dirty on the outside, otherwise not used. We did not use the sauna. For the one week, we arranged ourselves, were out and about a lot. But here, "holiday home rental" should urgently seek remedy. (Photos available)

Beautiful location, unfortunately very poor cleaning.
Upon arrival, we were initially thrilled by the beautiful garden. However, this good impression quickly faded when we entered the house. The kitchen was very dirty and sticky, with a full trash bag in the corner and pizza on the floor. The toilet also showed signs of use. After a long journey, we first had to clean. Unfortunately, our complaint was dismissed by saying this had never happened before, despite the photos we forwarded. It is a cozy house in an absolutely quiet location, too bad. . . . . .

Während wir die Kontrolle der Reinigung verstärken werden, hoffen wir, dass Sie Ihren Aufenthalt in unserem Haus in jedem Fall genossen haben.
Von die Küchenprobleme bis Spülen der Toilette gibt es jo mindestens 95% übrig von Ihrer Zeit zum Ferienhaus zu geniessen.
Wir nehmen diese Probleme natürlich ernsthaft, obwohl wir sie seit 12 Jahre nie zuvor präsentiert haben.

Simply feel good
A holiday home that can be recommended without reservation. We were here with two people and a dog for four nights. The house is really top-notch. Great layout, with different areas such as living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Several terraces are available as well as a super nice sauna. The garden is also very large. There is no view into the property from any side by the neighbors. What I perceive as a great advantage is not having to constantly fear being observed. The little extras, like bicycles, hammock, grill, etc., complete the whole thing. It takes about 10 minutes on foot to the beach and to the supermarket. We will come back...

Dreamy accommodation with dog
It is truly a dream vacation home where you feel welcome from the very first moment, including dogs! Bright, open living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, small but sufficient bathroom, wonderful outdoor area (several terraces), mostly fenced or overgrown. Very well-maintained garden where my dog felt incredibly comfortable. Great sauna for the evenings. Wonderful landlord! Highly recommended!

Our first vacation. It was wonderful.
We arrived after a long journey in perfect weather and instantly felt at home. The children immediately ran around the large garden property. It is bordered by many bushes and trees and is very quiet.
The holiday house is very rustic and simply cozy. Everything you need is there. Without too much frills. As a welcome, Helli (the landlord) put a very delicious strawberry cake in the fridge for us. It is also worth mentioning the pleasant and always helpful communication with Helli.
The area, and especially the nearby beach, is very beautiful and rarely visited. One has a great view of the sea and the impressive Storebelt Bridge.
On Zealand itself, there is much to discover. Notable mentions include the Viking site Trelleborg, the Labyrinth Park Kalvehave, the Viking Ship Museum in Roskilde, and the Røsnæs Lighthouse in Kalundborg. There is still much more. There are plenty of shopping opportunities in the area.
The people are friendly and the weather is very pleasant. Lots of sun, wind, and a bit of rain. Never too hot.
All in all, great 2 weeks in beautiful Denmark. Unfortunately too short.
Would love to do it again!

Es ist ein gemütliches Haus in absolut ruhiger Lage, schade......
10 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir kommmen wieder...
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr rustikal und einfach voll gemütlich.
Alles da was man so braucht. Ohne zu viel Schnickschnack.
Zur Begrüßung hat uns Helli (Vermieterin) einem sehr leckeren Erdbeerkuchen in den Kühlschrank gestellt.
Hervorzuheben ist auch die angenehme und stehts hilfsbereite Kommunikation mit Helli.
Die Gegend und vor allem der nahegelegene Strand ist sehr schön und kaum besucht. Man hat eine tolle Sicht aufs Meer und die beeindruckende Storebelt-Brücke.
Auf Seeland selber kann man viel entdecken. Zu erwähnen wäre unter anderem die Wikinger-Stätte Trelleborg, der Labyrinth-Park Kalvehave, Wikinger Schiffsmuseum in Roskilde und der Røsnæs-Leuchtturm in Kalundborg.
Gibt noch einiges mehr.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt's auch ausreichend in der Umgebung.
Die Leute sind freundlich und das Wetter sehr angenehm. Viel Sonne, Wind und ein bisschen Regen. Nie zu heiß.
Alles in allem tolle 2 Wochen im schönen Dänemark. Leider zu kurz.

-Überall Strände zum Teil 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt
-idyllisch ruhige Lage mit riesen Garten: uns hat sogar ein Reh besucht!
-Günstige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten
-das nahegelegene Slagelse ist auch eine süße Stadt
-Copenhagen ist nur ein Stunde entfernt und absolut mindestens einen Besuch wert
-Die Dänen sind unglaublich nett und entspannt
Geheimtip: Café&Bar Bonanza in Vemmelev
Und als absoluter Luxus kommt dazu, dass die Metsola eine Sauna hat!
Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen
Das Ferienhaus ist urig und es ist alles da was man braucht, inklusive Klimaanlage.
Das große Grundstück lädt zum Entspannen ein. Es ist absolut ruhig gelegen.
Der Strand ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Und von dort hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf die Storebælt Brücke. Die Strände sind sehr sauber und überschaubar wenig besucht.
Kopenhagen, die Steilküste und das Bonbon Land waren gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen bei Tagesausflügen. Sehr interessant sind auch die Besuche der Wikinger Burgen, Festungen, Museen etc. auf Seeland.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind bequem zu Fuss zu erreichen oder auch in der Umgebung mit dem Auto.
Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder zurück nach Dänemark.
The holiday cabin offers everything you need for a relaxed family vacation- lots of space, a wonderful wild garden, games, needed amenities, bikes to get around and (cultural) sights nearby.
Helli, the owner, is a wonderful host, friendly, quick to respond and to help with her guests questions and demands (in our case a bike seat for our 3-year old son, as well as a stroller).
This rustic log cabin has lots of history, is cozy inside, the grown-in, private garden is large and offers plenty of space to do yoga, play ball games or just relax in a hammock.
We also loved the authentic, Finnish sauna, some modern, Scandinavian design touches, the closeness to the beach and the overall laid-back atmosphere.
One thing we were missing was a larger and mabe built-in bed in the master bedroom, as it is very narrow, 1,4m, even for two adults as small as we are.
Overall a lovely, long experience and we surely will travel back to Denmark, to explore this quiet country some more!
Die zur Verfügung stehenden Velos wurden sehr gerne in Anspruch genommen um die nähere Umgebung zu erkunden. Per Auto gings nach Roskilde, Roesnaes, Holbaek, Malmö/Schweden und Kopenhagen etc.
Strand sehr gut.
Gute Möglichkeit auch was anderes zu unternehmen wie Museum , Strädte anschauen und vieles mehr.
Sehr nette Ansprechpartnerin.
Der Garten war sehr pepflegt und die Kinder haben es geliebt, zwischen den Bäumen zu spielen oder auf den Hängematten zu schaukeln. Die in vielen unterschiedlichen Größen vorhandenen Fahrräder wurden auch oft genutzt.
Wir konnten uns alle wunderbar entspannen!
Wir sind alle begeistert und die Erinnerungen aus diesem Urlaub zaubern uns noch heute allen ein Lächeln ins Gesicht!!!
