Located in a small Istrian village, just 10 kilometers from the beautiful Istrian beaches and the sea, this villa is the perfect combination of modern luxury and peaceful, rural oasis. The interior radiates a pleasant warmth, thanks to the bright and soft colors. The highlight of the villa is certainly the terrace, from which you can enjoy the view of the outdoor pool. The villa is fully equipped and offers everything you need for your vacation - living room with fireplace and satellite TV, a bedroom with double bed with air conditioning, a bedroom with separate beds, as well as an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and satellite TV, where you can prepare and eat your favorite dishes. The parking space is located on the closed property - privacy is guaranteed here!
From the property to the beach is 10 km and the distance to the center is 5 km. The nearest grocery store is located 5 km from the vacation property. In 3 km you can reach the surrounding restaurant.

And we really liked the house. We were greeted very friendly and lovable by the homeowners. Many thanks also for the welcome drinks, the tiramisu (very delicious!), the fruit basket. Whenever we had something on our minds, the homeowners were always available. It is a very quiet location, ideal for relaxing. Best regards, the Proksch family.

We really enjoyed it from the first moment. Thanks to the warm and funny nature of the owners, we immediately felt comfortable - despite the language barrier. (Google Translate makes it possible) We would love to come back again.
