Description
This villa is located in a perfect location in a small place Vinkuran not far from Pula, Banjole and Pješcana Uvala. Beautiful beaches can be reached in a few minutes. The villa is modernly furnished and fully equipped for a family with children - an outdoor trampoline is available on a beautifully maintained lawn and there is a children's playground, basketball and volleyball court near the villa. Approximately one thousand square meters of outdoor space also includes a private pool (to be completed in spring 2018) and an outdoor grill with a covered seating area. Besides the beautiful summer days you will spend in this villa, you can also visit it on colder days, as the pool can warm up (extra charge 100 euros/week) and the underfloor heating will make your stay more comfortable!
From the object to the beach is 500 meters and the distance to the center is 750 meters. The nearest grocery store is 350 meters from the vacation property. In 750 meters you can reach the surrounding restaurant.

Beautiful time
We were nine in the house and had a great time! The interior decoration is tasteful and cozy, especially the couch in the living room invites you to relax. We were particularly excited about the outdoor area – perfect for sitting together and grilling. Everything was very clean, and the well-equipped kitchen as well as the large refrigerator made cooking enjoyable. The grocery store directly across the street was also super convenient. The four toilets were really a plus for our group size. The only small point of criticism: there were a bit too few blankets. Nevertheless, we can absolutely recommend the house!

Giant Pool
We were 6 people, but there would have been plenty of space for 3 more. Everything is very well-kept, and the landlords were super nice and always available. With 6 people, the 3 bathrooms were also an advantage. The outdoor area is a dream with a huge pool.

Vacation with Two Families
A very beautiful property lovingly furnished and carefully prepared. The villa is large enough for two families, allowing for comfortable relaxation with plenty of space. A great pool provides the necessary cooling. Several nice outdoor seating areas allow for a relaxing time. The outdoor grill is well thought out, making barbecuing a lot of fun.

First of all, thank you very much for the great handling of our booking. And the tips in the booked holiday region. Thank you for allowing us to arrive earlier at our holiday home at no extra charge. The handover of the keys was excellent, the landlady was already waiting for us. The holiday home was very well maintained and super clean, as was the entire outdoor area and the wonderful pool. The landlady was very friendly and helpful. There was nothing lacking in the house itself. We would categorise this holiday home as 5 stars. We would book with you again and again. Very high praise.
