Description
The house with 140sqm on the ground floor was completed in 2022. It
has beds for eight adults (including one bunk bed) and a cot. It is pleasantly located directly on the private beach and offers four bedrooms and two bathrooms for a relaxing holiday. The covered terrace protects from rain and strong sunlight. The dining room table and the terrace table can be extended. All windows are equipped with electric shutters. Three bedrooms are equipped with Smart-TV(Internet access and Disney+). The main bathroom with bidet contains a rain shower as well as an electric towel radiator. The fully equipped kitchen with induction cooker in the cooking island has direct access to the terrace. The French-door refrigerator provides fresh and chilled water, as well as ice cubes or crushed ice, Wi-Fi throughout the house, the lawn offers relaxation and the large sandbox may keep the little builder busy , the property is fenced to the beach and the beach access of the rear houses. There is a large charcoal grill in the bicycle room. In the living room you will find the cosy seating area (electrically extendable ottoman) and two comfortable reading chairs. The house is equipped with underfloor heating and this with additional cooling function. From April, the wood-burning stove with a large fire screen will also be available.

Location and surroundings of object
The Wangermeer is only a stone's throw away from the salty North Sea coast. On the northern outskirts of Hohenkirchen, the approximately 100-hectare freshwater lake stretches through the inland and invites you to go exploring. A highlight in the Wangermeer is a large island that can be reached on foot and by bicycle via a 325-metre-long promenade bridge. There is also a great variety of animal species to observe here. Rare bird species have settled on Wangermeer and fish have also found their habitat here. Hiking trails of almost 5 kilometres along multifaceted nature invite you to experience it. If you get hungry, you can take a break in the "Sturmbude" with its café, snack bar and large sun terrace or enjoy your picnic on one of the beautiful viewing platforms and watch the hustle and bustle of the Wangermeer.
Stand-up paddling, blobbing and many other activities in and around the Wangermeer are offered by the Buhl Activity Park. Those who prefer it a little quieter will also find fishing opportunities here. Pike and perch have recently been the biggest catches, but there are also opportunities for eel, carp, pikeperch, roach, rudd and tench.

Family vacation
The holiday home is very nice. It has everything you need for a family vacation. It is very well equipped. The only thing we didn't like as much was that the landlord is present in his attic apartment in the house almost every day. We felt somewhat monitored.
