The furnishings/installation are quite nicely designed - the property has definitely aged & could use some renovation & modernization. Balcony furniture is dilapidated, unfortunately, there is no umbrella..... The location is a disaster as it feels like every 20 minutes a regional train runs just a few hundred meters away & honks loudly twice per trip - has nothing to do with relaxation anymore.

Contact was smooth, small, fine, and practically furnished.
