Description
Die freistehende Villa befindet sich in Hanglage und in ruhiger Lage inmitten von Weinbergen und Olivenhainen, nur 500 m vom Dorf Cavaion (VR) und 3,2 km vom Gardasee entfernt und bietet Platz für bis zu acht Personen.
Die Unterkunft, der untere Teil des Hauses, hat ca. 150m² und besteht aus drei Schlafzimmern, einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, einem zweiten mit Etagenbett für drei Personen und einem dritten Schlafzimmer ebenfalls mit Etagenbett für drei Personen.
Ausserdem gibt es zwei Badezimmer, ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne, WC, Bidet und Waschbecken und ein kleinines Badezimmer mit Toilette, Dusche und einem Waschbecken.
Die offene Wohnküche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Gasherd, Backofen, Dunstabzugshaube und großem Kühl- und Gefrierschrank.
Das Wohnzimmer hat zwei Schlafsofas sowie einen Fernseher, WLAN-Zugang ist obligatorisch.
Ferner gibt es auch eine große Sommerküche mit direktem Zugang zur überdachten Terrasse. Diese Küche verfügt über einen großen Tisch für zwölf Personen, einen Gasherd, einen Backofen, einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach sowie einen Kamin und eine Waschmaschine.
Die Panoramaterrasse (200 m²) ist teilweise überachtacht (70 m²) und bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf den Gardasee. Die Terrasse hat einen großen Tisch für acht Personen und einen kleinen Tisch mit Sonnenschirm sowie vier Sonnenliegen.
Über eine Treppe erreichen Sie den unteren Garten (800m²), in dem Kinder die Möglichkeit zum Spielen haben und wo sich der Pool von 8 x 4 Metern befindet.
Das Anwesen ist komplett geschlossen (automatisches Tor) und bietet ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten.
Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

Cancellation terms:
If the tenant cannot or does not wish to take possession of the rental property for any reason at the agreed date, they must inform the landlord immediately. A phone call regarding this must be confirmed in writing or by email. If the tenant cancels the contract up to 8 weeks before the start of the rental period, they still owe 50% of the rental price; if cancellation occurs up to 6 weeks before, 65%; and from 3 weeks before the rental period begins, 100%. If the tenant cancels on the day the rental period starts or during the rental period, indicating they will not (or no longer) use the rental property, they still owe the full rental price. - COVID special regulation: If the government forbids travel at the time of the rental period due to force majeure, the paid amount will be refunded in case of cancellation, or the rental period can be postponed without any additional charge. Administration costs of €180 and €220 will be charged.
