Our sunny, beautiful holiday home is located in the well-known urbanisation Oliva Nova Golf in close proximity to the beach, 18-hole golf course, tennis and paddle courts as well as a high performance equestrian centre.
The house has 3 bedrooms and offers space for
6 persons.
The covered terrace leads to the living and dining room. The fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar has a fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and toaster.
On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed 180×200 and 160×200 and a bathroom with 2 washbasins, bath, toilet and a washing machine.
The 3rd bedroom is reached via the outside staircase
