Exclusive Holiday Home in Marielyst with Private Wellness – Outdoor Spa and Sauna PLEASE NOTE: The outdoor spa is closed from December through February due to frost. The spa is open from March to November. Welcome to this newly built holiday home from 2023, located just a 15-minute walk or 3-minute drive from the child-friendly sandy beach in Marielyst. The house can accommodate the whole family and offers modern comfort, a cosy interior, and a large natural plot of 1,840 m². Enjoy your own private wellness area with an electric sauna for up to four people and an outdoor spa that can be heated to 38°C. The spa is open from March to November and closed from December to February due to frost. The outdoor shower can be used from May to October. The house features a bright and inviting open-plan kitchen and dining area with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, and freezer. In the cosy living room, you can relax with a Smart TV, streaming options, wood-burning stove, and free Wi-Fi. There are three bedrooms and a loft with additional sleeping spaces. Two bedrooms have single beds that can be combined into double beds, while one bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed. The loft has two additional sleeping spaces. For entertainment, there is a game console, TV, dartboard, and board games. The house also has two modern bathrooms with showers and underfloor heating, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. For the youngest guests, a high chair and travel cot are available. Outside, you will find a large terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, parasols, a gas barbecue, and a charcoal barbecue, which are stored in the shed, as well as a covered terrace. The children can play on the in-ground trampoline or enjoy a game of football on the grounds, where two football goals are provided. There is also a clothes-drying rack. The house has a Type 2 charging station for electric vehicles, which can be used with the provided key fob. Important: The holiday home is not rented to youth groups.
