Look forward to a spacious, fully equipped holiday home with balcony and terrace.
2 bedrooms (BR) are available in the attic apartment (1 BR with double bed and cot and 1 BR with 3 single beds).
2 bathrooms, 1 living room with balcony, and 1 kitchen offer pleasant comfort (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, and ceramic hob).
The ground floor is not a separate apartment, but can be rented separately. It consists of a large living-bedroom (high-quality sofa bed 1.70 x 2.00) with integrated kitchen and bathroom as a separate unit and an additional bedroom for 3 people as well as an additional bathroom. The additional bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor are accessible from the hallway.
Balcony furniture and a charcoal grill are available.
Each floor is equipped with a television and a radio.
There is a shoe dryer in the entrance area. Smoking is not permitted in the house.

The house at Brand is located on a 900 m² natural plot, in a holiday home settlement, about 400 m outside the village, directly on a mountain meadow and right by the forest.
Gehlberg is situated in the middle of the Thuringian Forest, near the Schneekopf, 4 km from the Rennsteig and 15 km from Oberhof.
Here you can enjoy nature and tranquility, go hiking, mountain biking, sledding in winter, snowshoeing, or explore the Thuringian Forest on cross-country skis. It is also ideal if you simply want to relax and your children enjoy playing in nature.

| Each floor can also be rented separately, for 4-5 people. Bed linen, towels and tea towels as well as the consumption costs are already included in the rental price. Baby travel cot and high chair are available free of charge if required. In addition, we charge the local visitor's tax of 2.00 € per guest and night, children from 6 years pay 1.00 €. The guest card allows you to use the Rennsteig line free of charge. You can find the occupancy plan for each floor on our website (hausambrand). At Christmas and New Year we only rent out the entire house with a minimum stay of 6 nights. Accordingly, the prices for Christmas and New Year apply to the entire house, with an occupancy of 8 to max. 10 people. |

Free cancellation possible up to 30 days before the arrival date.
Here is the translation to English: After that, we charge 50% of the rental price. If we are able to rent out the house to someone else at short notice during that period, the cancellation fee will be reduced accordingly. In case of no-show, we charge 90% of the agreed rental price.
