The apartment "Snowboard" is a modern two-rooms-apartment of 50sqm located on the 1st floor of the "Residence Kormorano" at Via Bassinel,6. (MO230450494)
The double bedroom (or twin beds) and the living room with the sofa (double bed coach) share the large balcony (7sqm. equipped with table and chairs and deckchairs with sunshade) where you can admire the fantastic view: if you stay longer than 14 days the apartment will be cleaned with change of sheets and towels included in the price.
The kitchen (equipped with utensils and dishwasher) and the bathroom (with shower, toilet, bidet and hairdryer) are located at the back of the living room, at the foot of the hill: if you stay longer than 8 days, towels will be changed.
The apartment is located in a cool, dry area and does not have air conditioning (it is equipped with 2 fans) because the mild temperature keeps the rooms cool in summer.
A 10-minute walk will take you to the bakery, the historical centre of Malcesine, the supermarket, the Monte-Baldo cable car and the beautiful beaches. Its location will also allow you to walk along hilly and mountain paths within a stone's throw.

The "SNOWBOARD" two-rooms-apartment by "La Dependance" is located on the first floor of the "Residence Kormorano" in Località Bassinel n°6. Only 800mts. from the "Gardesana Active Apartments" and from the centre of Malcesine you can reach the Scaliger castle, the harbour, the beaches, the cycle path and the cable car-Monte Baldo. A stone's throw from the apartment you can enjoy excellent pizza and international cuisine at the "Il Cervo" restaurant, or choose the family-run Agriturismo "Le Dase" where you can choose some typical local dishes such as polenta and cheese (Carbonèra), bruschetta with homemade olive oil and an excellent homemade pasta.
The apartment has two great privileges: immersed in nature among olive groves and oleanders, it enjoys a magical silence. From the balcony you can admire an evocative view of the lake and Malcesine, sourronding of colours that appear during sunrise and sunset.
The is modern and accommodates from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 4 people. Included in the price is private parking (only 50 metres away), parking in the centre of Malcesine, bike hire, bike and E-bike storage (outdoor or indoor), wifi, bed linen and towels, dishwasher, sunchairs for the swimming pool, tennis and table tennis rackets. Animals are welcome.
In the centre of the large garden is the newly renovated swimming pool from 2022, two tennis courts, the garden with children's playground, table tennis and barbecue.
You are welcome to enjoy the excellent breakfasts or snacks, a cool soft/long drink or a typical Italian aperitif at the "Active Bar" located on the ground floor of the "Gardesana Active Apartments" in the centre of Malcesine. If, on the other hand, you would like to rent an E-Bike (you will receive a special discount), buy sports clothing or have your bikes serviced, visit our ACTIVE BIKE STORE where Pietro and Federico (Carolina's brother and son) will assist you.

I have travelled various parts of the world but I always have returned back home because I find in Malcesine the pleasure of leading a healthy lifestyle full of values. Situated between the lake and the mountains, all seasons of the year it offers me great emotions to live! I love cooking and enjoying good wine, outdoor sports (Nordic Walking and running), gardening and telling my friends about my travels. In 2014 I challenged the Sahara-desert (111km non-stop), in 2017 the Namibia-desert (250km) and in 2018 the Lut-desert in Iran (250km), the hottest in the world: as an ultramarathon-runner, mother, worker and woman, life has opened me up to a unique experience by discovering great forces that reside within us. In 2019 I wrote the book "I miei deserti" (my deserts). Every time I admire my lake and my mountains, it's as if it's the first time. I love my work but above all I love passing on my passion for life.
