The Snowboard Apartment (IT023045B4EJ9G9GYL) is a modern two-room apartment of 50 sqm on the 1st floor of the "Residenz Kormorano" at Via Bassinel,6. Only 800 m from the center of Malcesine, you can reach Scaliger Castle, the harbor, the beaches, the bike path, and the Monte Baldo cable car.
The apartment has two great privileges: it is located amidst nature between olive groves and oleanders and enjoys magical tranquility. From the balcony, there is a marvelous view of the lake and Malcesine, and one can admire the colors of the sunrise and sunset.
The apartment accommodates at least 2 and up to 4 people. Included in the price are a private parking space (only 50 m away), a private parking space in the center of Malcesine, bicycle rental, storage for bicycles and e-bikes (outdoors or indoors), Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels, dishwasher, sun loungers for the swimming pool, tennis and table tennis rackets. Pets are welcome. The bedroom with double bed (or two single beds) and the living room with the sofa (double bed coach) share the large balcony (7 sqm, equipped with table and chairs and loungers with sunshade), from which you can admire the fantastic view. If you stay longer than 14 days, the apartment will be cleaned and the bed linen and towels will be changed. The kitchen (equipped with dishes and dishwasher) and the bathroom (with shower, toilet, bidet, and hairdryer) are located at the back of the living room, at the foot of the hill: towels are changed for stays longer than 8 days.
The apartment is in a cool, dry area and does not have air conditioning (it is equipped with 2 fans), as the mild temperature keeps the rooms cool in the summer. In the middle of the large garden is the newly renovated swimming pool from 2022, two tennis courts, the garden with children's playground, table tennis, and barbecue. Just a stone's throw from the apartment, you can enjoy excellent pizza and international cuisine at the "Il Cervo" restaurant, or opt for the family-run agriturismo "Le Dase", where you can choose from some typical local dishes like polenta and cheese (Carbonèra), bruschetta with homemade olive oil, and excellent homemade pasta. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach the bakery, the historic center of Malcesine, the supermarket, the Monte Baldo cable car, and the beautiful beaches. The location also allows you to hike in the nearby hills and mountains.

The "SNOWBOARD" two-rooms-apartment by "La Dependance" is located on the first floor of the "Residence Kormorano" in Località Bassinel n°6. Only 800mts. from the "Gardesana Active Apartments" and from the centre of Malcesine you can reach the Scaliger castle, the harbour, the beaches, the cycle path and the cable car-Monte Baldo. A stone's throw from the apartment you can enjoy excellent pizza and international cuisine at the "Il Cervo" restaurant, or choose the family-run Agriturismo "Le Dase" where you can choose some typical local dishes such as polenta and cheese (Carbonèra), bruschetta with homemade olive oil and an excellent homemade pasta.

Animals are welcome.

I have travelled various parts of the world but I always have returned back home because I find in Malcesine the pleasure of leading a healthy lifestyle full of values. I love cooking and enjoying good wine, outdoor sports (Nordic Walking and running), gardening and telling my friends about my travels. In 2014 I challenged the Sahara-desert (111km non-stop), in 2017 the Namibia-desert (250km) and in 2018 the Lut-desert in Iran (250km), the hottest in the world: as an ultramarathon-runner, mother, worker and woman, life has opened me up to a unique experience by discovering great forces that reside within us. In 2019 I wrote the book "I miei deserti" (my deserts). Every time I admire my lake and my mountains, it's as if it's the first time. I love my work but above all I love passing on my passion for life.
