The holiday flat is a beautiful maisonette on the first and first floor. The new and modern furnished flat has 97 sqm and offers a very high quality furnishing.
Two bedrooms on the upper living level offer space for up to five adults to sleep with a beautiful water view. In the spacious main bathroom there is a whirlpool tub, a shower and an infrared sauna with music system. In addition, there is a shower room on the lower living level. The flat is equipped with a dining area and a new and modern kitchen. From there you have a fantastic harbour view. The light-flooded living room is open and south-facing. There are balconies on three sides of the house, so you can find the best spot depending on the wind and sun. Fireplace, HD-TV in the living room and bedroom, DVD player, music system, fibre optic internet and WLan, Netflix, CDs/DVDs/books, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, Napoleon grill, baby cot, baby chair, 2 bicycles, parking. The balconies are equipped with comfortable seating and lounging furniture.

The holiday flat is located in the middle of the newly developing Baltic Sea resort Olpenitz. Not far away is Kappeln with its small harbour, restaurants and shops. Numerous leisure activities are offered here and in the surrounding area. A supermarket, including a local bakery, makes shopping within walking distance possible.
In addition to numerous water sports and the nearby beach, there are many opportunities to experience nature or get to know the regional gastronomy. In addition to Denmark, Eckernförde, Kiel and Flensburg with their shopping opportunities, as well as the Neumünster outlet centre, are all within easy reach by car.

Experience wonderful holidays in one of the best places on the Baltic Sea. Directly from the holiday home you have an incomparable view of the marina. The very well-maintained and clean Weidefelder beach is only about 250m away and is characterised by its high bathing water quality.

Perfect apartment
The apartment Pierhaus 14 is a dream in every respect. The decor is extremely tasteful, and the furnishings are high-quality, leaving nothing to be desired. The living room and kitchen/dining area each have a large balcony with good garden furniture and a grill (!), large windows, and a direct view of the water. A highlight is undoubtedly the bathroom on the upper floor with a whirlpool and sauna. The view from the shower in the evening of the harbor and its lights is an additional delight. If you need support on-site, you will experience friendly and uncomplicated service. No doubt, we will book this apartment again and hope that the holiday resort in Olpenitz will develop positively in the future.
