The property is located in a residential area, on the edge of town. The detached vacation home, renovated in 2017/2018, is modernly furnished. It is popular also because of the view of the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny location. Available for private use are: a grill, terrace, garden furniture, pool, and courtyard.

In addition to enjoying Villa Laura by sunbathing at the pool or relaxing under the pavilion, you can also visit the old town of Labin, which dates back to Roman times (once a week, a guided walk through the old town is organized to introduce you to the sights). A walk along the seafront promenade in Rabac is wonderful, as there are numerous bars, restaurants, souvenir shops, and lounge bars that are open until late at night. The excursions include, for example, a picnic with a larger boat on the island of Cres, a visit to the Roman amphitheater in Pula by car, or a visit to the old town of Rovinj, which also has an interesting history to offer.
