Luxury Vacation Chalet "Huisje aan Zee":

We rent out our newly built vacation chalet in September 2023, located in the 5* Camping and Beach Resort Julianahoeve in Renesse.

The chalet is a non-smoking chalet. It offers a cozy living/dining area (including TV and radio with German channels).
A well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee pod machine, filter coffee maker, egg cooker, kettle, smoothie maker, toaster, hand mixer). 1 double bedroom with a large bed (2*90*200)

and a large wardrobe

1 bedroom with two single beds (each 80*190)

1 bathroom with shower, sink, shelf, and toilet.

A private router is available for internet access. ww

In the outdoor area, a spacious terrace with a table, 4 chairs plus cushions, a charcoal grill, and a shady pavilion make for cozy outdoor stays.

Two parking spots are available. In addition to the basic rental, we charge fees for final cleaning (65.00 Euros), the current tourist tax set by the municipality of Schouwen-Duiveland, and a security deposit (200.00 Euros).

Rentals run from Friday to Friday.

We, as landlords, have no control over the imposition of an overnight fee by the campground.
This (5.00 Euros per person/night starting in 2025) will be charged separately by the campground.

Pets are not allowed as per camping site rules. Regulation of the campsite not allowed.

Unaccompanied minors are also not allowed according to the regulation of the campsite.
