Les Loitiers is a 130m² large, detached holiday home in an idyllic location on the Cotentin Peninsula in the north of Normandy - just 4 km from La Haye du Puits and 11km away from the clean, white sand beaches and pristine dunes of the west coast. The exclusive country house offers 2 to 4 adults in a quiet, luxurious and stylish accommodation. Ideal for holidays with dog!
Downstairs you will find a 55m² large, beautifully furnished living and dining room. In the living area is a cozy sitting area, a music system, a 104cm large flat screen TV (digital satellite HD German), VCR and DVD player. In the dining area, the light oak furniture and rustic fireplace for a cozy atmosphere for guests. Wireless DSL Internet access located throughout the house. A bright, modern kitchen, fully equipped with 4 plate stove with grill and oven, extractor hood, fridge, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle etc and a guest toilet and a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and clothes dryer.
On the first floor you will find two bright and friendly double bedroom ( 2m and ) and a nice view of the surrounding pastures and hedgerows. Besides the two double rooms is the large, luxurious bathrooms with large rain shower, free standing bath, washbasin, bidet and WC.
On the south side of the gravelled courtyard with garden furniture (furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, umbrella, benches, etc.) and a nice big lawn with pond invites for sunbathing, barbecuing and relaxing. From the kitchen you have access to a further 300 sqm, fully fenced garden with garden furniture and clothes dryer - perfect for a relaxing holiday with dogs.

A small corner shop is located in the village. For all larger purchases offers La Haye du Puits (4km) 3 large supermarkets, bakeries, butcher shops, restaurants, banks, post office, etc., as well as a traditional market every Wednesday morning. The huge French hypermarkets are located in Cherbourg (Auchan, Carrefour ...) The Cotentin peninsula is often called the little Ireland, because it is known for its green surrounded by hedges fields, delightful moorland and of course for its enchanting coastline, the nature-loving holidaymakers impressive cliffs to the east, and a long, often empty white sand dunes and tear in the west offers. We are in the heart of the Cotentin and Bessin Natural Park, ideal for hiking, biking, horseback riding, fishing, to observe the diverse flora and fauna in particular the variety of migratory birds and also hold to pause and enjoy the beautiful panoramas in a unique, pristine landscape Many museums are by car easy to reach :, Pirou Castle - 15 mins, Coutances historic old town, cathedral & Botanical garden - 20 mins, Bayeux embroidery - 55 mins, Cherbourg Cite de la Mer, city & port - 45mins, Granville Altstadt , boutiques, & Harbour - 50 mins, Mont St. Michel Old & Abbey - 90 mins, Hambye Abbey - 40 mins, Barfleur romantic fishing village - 50 mins, Cap de la Hague impressive cliffs - 40 mins, Barneville Carteret beach promenade & ferry the channel Islands (including flowers jersey) - 25 mins, Portbail - 20 mins, Omaha Beach, St. Mere Eglise and Utah Beach war museums & war cemeteries - 40 mins etc.

Super great holiday home
The holiday home Les Loitiers exceeded our expectations. The great online presentation accurately reflects the holiday home, and we felt very comfortable there right away. The quiet location absolutely contributed to our relaxation. Our two dogs, who were warmly welcomed there, also felt more than comfortable. Saying goodbye was hard for us, and we will always happily spend our vacation in this beautiful country house again. Petra and Roland Einig

Dreamlike vacation in a beautiful area and a great house!
We (three ladies and our dog) have rarely felt so good and so sustainably rested during this year's two weeks of Easter vacation!
From the first moment, we felt "at home" and occupied the entire house and were "arrived."
The peace, the atmosphere, everything in the house and especially around it is simply harmonious, and the many little details and niceties are chosen and arranged with great taste and a sure hand.
There was something new to discover every day! We explored the area, visited a variety of different beaches - from wild, lonely & romantic to hip & well-frequented. Picturesque little towns with the charm of "Laissez-faire," markets, cafés, and much more... We will be back in 2018!!!

A dream house in Normandy
Our friends and we enjoyed this vacation very much. Pure idyll. A dream house where you can simply feel good. We all enjoyed the wonderful location, the very tasteful furnishings, and the tranquility. We lacked nothing. From there, we embarked on very interesting excursions; there was something for everyone. That was not our last vacation there.

Pure idyll
My wife, I, and our Labrador female dog Carla spent two wonderful, relaxing weeks in Normandy. We thoroughly enjoyed the stylish, comfortable ambiance of the house and were able to wonderfully escape the stress of work. Our Carla was also thrilled with the huge lawn at the house and the long sandy beaches. Even the weather cooperated. We will definitely come back.

All good things are at least THREE.
We have already been to this beautiful house twice for 2 and 3 weeks respectively - and it won't be the last time. The amenities really leave nothing to be desired, the location is ideal for travelers who love peace. And yet the sea, smaller, nice towns, or other beach sections are easy and quick to reach. For our dog Pecorino, it was paradise - the house with the huge lawn, the wonderful beaches...

27 years ago we came to Normandy and have created here on the beautiful Cotentin peninsula our own little piece of paradise. We, the heist my husband, our dog and I love the wild beauty, the originality and the breadth of this wonderful area.
