The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house and is modern furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion and garden furniture.

Opatija. The holiday apartement is located on a 1000 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes via a path (asphalted). Parking lot on the property. Parking for campers, trailers for motorcycles and others is charged at 15 euros per day

Outdoor pool (8 m x 5 m, depth 1,5 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of April to the beginning of October.
