Description

Description of the house:
We had the house built according to our ideas in 2008. The following criteria were important to us, which were realized on 170 sqm of living space.

Unobstructable sea view, spacious pool (10 x 4.5m), Spanish-Moorish architectural style, garden, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, winter garden with fully openable glass sliding elements, parking space on the property. Equipment:
Central underfloor heating operated by a heat pump, wood-burning stove and air conditioning in the living room, dining room, and kitchen.

All bedrooms and bathrooms have built-in wardrobes. Ceiling fans and a safe in every bedroom.

Washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi, complete kitchen equipment, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave.
High chair and travel cot for children, stair gate. These items are in the basement, please ask the manager if needed. Energy costs have also risen in Spain, so unfortunately we are forced to charge electricity costs at €0.50/kWh, with 5kWh/day already included in the rental price. Based on experience, the additional payment amounts to less than €10/day with reasonable use of the air conditioning in summer or the heating (underfloor heating with heat pump) in winter.
Please understand this form of billing, as previously we had included it. rented including all additional costs, which had led to some guests generating up to €400 in electricity costs during a 2-week vacation. It is possible that electric cars were also charged, and we do not want or are able to cover such costs.

For long-term bookings, especially in winter from December through March, we offer special conditions, which, however, cannot be presented here. Please feel free to contact us by phone or email regarding this or any other questions.

ATTENTION: The charcoal grill on the grill terrace may not be used during prolonged dry periods and thus increased fire risk. In this case, we have a gas grill that can be used safely, so you do not have to miss out on grilled food.

Location and surroundings of object

Location of the property:
The property is situated on a hillside with the main view facing southeast, however, due to the previously described 180-degree panoramic view, there is an unobstructed view from north-northeast to south-southwest. Depending on the weather conditions, the islands of Ibiza and occasionally Formentera can be seen. This view cannot be obstructed, as the properties in front of our house are situated significantly lower. Of course, it is conceivable that if there is construction in the neighborhood, a construction crane might be visible for a limited time.
Unlike many houses that are located on the front line to the water, in our house you do not just look into darkness at night, but see the lighting of the houses in front of us, which we find pleasant. Description of the holiday region:
After we had visited many holiday regions at the time, we finally discovered the urbanization “La Cumbre del Sol.” We were immediately enthusiastic and still are, because the following is given:

Peace and quiet (no railway line, no highway, no main roads within earshot), mostly spacious plots and houses, fantastic sea view, basic amenities (supermarket—which is even open on Sundays and public holidays, restaurant, pharmacy, bar, hairdresser) are within walking distance, everything else is fully and very diversely accessible within a few minutes by car.

Cancellation terms:

Free cancellation possible up to 84 days before the arrival date.

If you are unable to take the trip, please send us a written notice. In this case, the guest will pay compensation, which will be calculated from the total rent as follows: For cancellations up to 12 weeks before the start of the rental period, the amount paid will be refunded. From 12 weeks before the rental period, you will not receive a refund of the rental price. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Leisure activities:
All imaginable water sports are available at various locations and beaches. At the beach of Cumbre, Cala Moraig, even nude sunbathing is permitted.

Horseback riding, tennis, numerous golf courses, bicycle, motorcycle and vintage car rentals, amusement and animal parks, hiking, mountaineering, cave explorations, etc. Excursions into the hinterland continually provide new impressions of the fantastic landscape, the friendliness of the Spaniards, and the culinary diversity away from the tourist metropolises.

Regarding pricing:
Prices are often only calculated until the end of the year. If you wish to book far in advance, please contact us so that we can find a solution. If you wish to book for a longer period, over 3 weeks, please contact us so that we can adjust the conditions together.

The winter prices apply for a minimum booking period of 4 weeks.

Traumhafter Urlaub

We had a dreamy vacation at Casa Anne. The house offers all comforts, and the location and view are simply stunning. The conservatory is wonderful, and we made full use of it. Initially, evenings were quite cool and very, very windy. By closing the conservatory, we could still sit out on the terrace. The pool is also beautiful, and we used it often. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute drive away. But we also often used the supermarket in Moreira. There are also many restaurants in Moreira. It takes about 15 minutes to get there. Thanks also to the property manager Viola for her kind care.
