Needed a chill place for two and found it here. We enjoyed cooking meals together in the large kitchen and relaxing by the pool afterward.

Three nights spent here, and no regrets at all. Appreciated how close it was to Modigliana's charm,easy access but still private enough to feel away from it all.

This apartment is a hidden gem! We loved the quiet surroundings and the opportunity to hike in the nearby national park. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was clean and tidy. Perfect for a peaceful getaway.

Upon our arrival, we were immediately greeted warmly by Dik and his Italian wife. The view from the terrace on the Apennines and Modigliana was breathtaking. It was pretty cool on the day of arrival, so we were told about the use of the wood stove and the fireplace. Dik did everything. The home is very spacious and very personally decorated with both modern and old interior elements. The history of the farm goes back more than ten centuries. We have used the property as a base to include Ravenna, Bologna, San Marino and Monte Falterona (1654 m) on the border with Tuscany. It is a beautiful area without mass tourism, except Ravenna and San Marino of course. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Many Italians speak a nice bit of English.

We had such a wonderful time at Belvilla by OYO! The apartment was super comfortable and had everything we needed. The shared pool was a highlight for us, especially after a day of exploring nearby towns like Tredozio. The kitchen was well-equipped, which was nice for cooking meals. The only downside was that the WiFi was a bit slow, but it didn't ruin our stay. I definitely recommend it for couples looking to relax!

We had a pleasant time at Belvilla by OYO Apartment Le Rondini! The apartment was comfortable and well-furnished, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We loved enjoying the shared pool and spending our evenings relaxing in the sauna, a perfect end to our day of cycling in the beautiful countryside. The nearby towns of Tredozio and Brisighella were charming, and exploring the historic site of Grotta 'La Tanaccia' was a highlight. Overall, a wonderful getaway for couples looking for some peaceful time together!
