Beautiful house, lots of space!

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

We had a very nice weekend. The address/coordinates are somewhat misleading, the landlord is very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the additional costs are extremely high. Electricity and water are in the normal range, oil, due to the pool, is very high and extra payment for household waste (per garbage bag) was new to us. The house has a lot of space and many options to spend a wonderful time even in bad weather. The furnishings have seen better days in part. (Mattresses/couch). The kitchen is very well equipped.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

A solid choice for families or groups, The living/dining room was spacious enough for everyone, and the bedrooms were comfortable, We appreciated the various recreational options that were available,

Super little house, lots of space and a nice pool. Photos are a bit outdated, the actual location looks better. Energy costs calculated separately, which turned out to be quite a bit more expensive than previously expected. We indicated in advance that we had to keep 300 euros free for this, it ultimately became over 600 (for 3 days at the end of March).

Various defects, half of the things didn't work or worked poorly. When showering, water came through the ceiling. Now received the heating bill. Almost 1000 liters of heating oil (617 liters??? at €1.5 per liter, electricity at €0.45, also on the expensive side. Just scandalous. I paid no more than €900 for heating (including the pool) for a stay of 14 days in the last 5 years, now €1200 for 6 days. It was the first time with Belvilla, but it will certainly not happen again, I will also share our experience with others.
