Perfekt gelegene Ferienwohnung. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten haben gefehlt, aber konnte man sich mit arrangieren. Schade das die Wohnung keinen Backofen hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We would love to come back. An apartment on the beach side would also be nice.

The vacation was very nice, the apartment was okay, but I missed a few small details. It's a shame there was no oven. The underground parking was a "nightmare"; it would have been nice to have alternative parking spaces.

A beautiful little vacation apartment. The beds and the sofa bed were really comfortable. The only thing I missed a bit was an oven, but there are worse things. The shower could be renewed but okay. Otherwise everything was great. It was very clean and there was enough storage space to store your belongings. The location is really great. Couldn't be better. We have been to Timmendorfer Strand almost every year but now in Niendorf I liked it better. The beach right outside the door. A bit further there is even an Edeka. You don't need a car because you can reach everything on foot. We walked home with our wet clothes from the beach. It was right there. That was really great. A huge praise goes to the on-site staff of Haus des Kurgastes. Especially to Mrs. Goldberg and a colleague of hers. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name anymore. Everything went wrong for us. It was a very exhausting and stressful vacation. We had lost our car key and would have had to leave and so on. Mrs. Goldberg and her colleague even worked an hour longer and made phone calls everywhere to organize accommodation for us for one more night. Which is almost impossible at that time. The two did their best at that time to help us somehow. They were incredibly kind to us and our children and supported us so much. What they did for us cannot be put into words. That is absolutely not self-evident. That was really more than customer-friendly. I don't know what we would have done without them. This will definitely not be our last vacation there. We will come back.

Otherwise everything was great. It was very clean and there was enough storage space to store your things. The location is really great. Could not be better. We are almost every year directly Timmendorfer Strand but now there in Niendorf I found it better. The beach is right in front of the door. There's even an Edeka a little further on. You don't need a car because everything is within walking distance. We walked straight home from the beach with our wet clothes. It was right there. That was really great.

A huge praise goes to the staff on site of Haus des Kurgastes. Especially to Mrs Goldberg and one of her colleagues. Unfortunately I can't remember her name. Pretty much everything went wrong for us. It was a very exhausting and stressful holiday. We had lost our car keys and would have had to leave and so on. Mrs Goldberg and her colleague even worked an hour longer and phoned everywhere to organise accommodation for us for one night. Which is almost impossible at this time. They did their best to help us in any way they could. They were so incredibly kind to us and our children and supported us so much. What they have done for us cannot be put into words. It is absolutely not a matter of course. It was really more than customer-friendly. I don't know what we would have done without them.
This will definitely not be our last holiday there. We will be back again.

Eine schöne kleine Ferienwohnung. Die Betten und auch die Schlafcouch waren wirklich total bequem. Das einzige was mir etwas gefehlt hat war ein Backofen ,aber es gibt schlimmeres. Die Dusche könnte mal erneuert werden aber ok . Ansonsten alles super. Es war sehr sauber und genügend Stauraum vorhanden um seine Sachen unterzubringen. Die Lage ist wirklich super. Könnte nicht besser sein. Wir sind fast jedes Jahr direkt Timmendorfer Strand aber jetzt dort in Niendorf fand ich es besser. Der Strand direkt vor der Tür. Ein Stück weiter sogar ein Edeka. Man braucht dort gar kein Auto weil man fußläufig alles erreichen kann. Wir sind mit unseren nassen Sachen vom Strand direkt nach Hause gelaufen. War ja direkt da. Das war echt super. Ein ganz riesen großes Lob geht an die Mitarbeiter vor Ort von Haus des Kurgastes. Ganz besonders an Frau Goldberg und eine Kollegin von ihr. Ich weis nur leider ihren Namen nicht mehr. Bei uns ist so ziemlich alles schief gelaufen. War so ein sehr anstrengender und stressiger Urlaub. Wir hatten unseren Autoschlüssel verloren und hätten abreisen müssen und und und. Frau Goldberg und ihre Kollegin haben sogar eine Stunde länger gearbeitet und sich überall durchtelefoniert um für uns noch für eine Nacht eine Unterkunft zu organisieren. Was zu dieser Zeit so gut wie unmöglich ist. Die beiden haben in dieser Zeit ihr bestes gegeben um uns irgendwie zu helfen. Sie waren so unglaublich Lieb zu uns und unseren Kindern und haben uns so sehr unterstützt. Das was die beiden für uns getan haben kann man nicht in Worte fassen. Das ist absolut nicht selbstverständlich. Das war wirklich mehr als Kundenfreundlich. Ich weiß nicht was wir ohne die beiden gemacht hätten. Das wird dort auf jedenfall nicht unser letzter Urlaub gewesen sein. Wir kommen wieder.
