Description
Casita Mimos is located just outside the center of vibrant Calpe in the quiet residential area of Carrio. The villa is within walking distance of the sea (1 km) and the beach (1.3 km) with its nice bars, cafés, shops, restaurants, and so much more.
You can enjoy the many quiet coves between Calpe and Moraira or seek out the liveliness of the La Fossa and Arenal beaches. Something for everyone!
Casita Mimos has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. An extra sleeping area can also be created in the living room if needed. There is a fully equipped kitchen as well as a dining area for 6 people.
For extra coziness and warmth in winter, there is a pellet stove provided in the living room.
To enjoy outdoor living as much as possible, there is an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven (!) and many cozy seating areas around the (heated or cooled) swimming pool, both in the sun and in the shade. The garden and the swimming pool are south-facing, there is sun from morning until evening!
The (heated or cooled) swimming pool has a large beach area, ideal for small children or to cool off on hot days. The garden is completely walled, which ensures maximum privacy and safety. The atmospheric lighting around the garden creates a cozy atmosphere in the evening.
Don't forget to mention the number of people when requesting a price. Facilities:

Great holiday home
We spent three relaxing weeks at Casita Mimos. The house offers everything you need as a self-caterer. The house and the garden are very clean and well-maintained. The pool with its two levels is perfect for children. Our children loved it. The barbecue area leaves nothing to be desired. The area is nice and quiet and yet you can reach the city and the sandy beach in five minutes by car. We can highly recommend the house.

We had a wonderful time at Casita Mimos, the house is perfectly furnished, also for families with children!!! The kitchen is very well equipped, we cooked a lot ourselves or used the pizza oven or the barbecue in the garden. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating and were very concerned about our well-being. The house and the beautiful garden are newly renovated and everything is very clean! We can highly recommend this holiday home.
