The garden includes two terraces and a pavilion with seating areas, as well as a carport. The property is completely fenced, well-behaved dogs are welcome. The ground floor comprises 2 bedrooms, a living-dining area, a bathroom with WC, an extra WC. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher. The upper floor comprises a living unit with 1 large and 1 small bedroom (bed only 140 cm wide), a living-dining area and a bathroom with WC, balcony and air conditioning. The central location directly at the city park, 100 m to a nice cafe and short way to the thermal bath is perfect. The holiday home is centrally located in the centre of town. You don't have to walk uphill, right next to the town park. All localities are within easy walking distance. On a nice walk, the KILATO lookout tower can be reached in 30 minutes via the snail trail through the forest.
