The flat is 140 m2 completely renovated in 2022 and is close to the beach
This beautiful flat has 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room, dining room, roof terrace and well-equipped kitchen. The flat is fully equipped to really get away from it all
On the first floor is the incredibly spacious, modern living room where you can really unwind. There is free Wifi and a Smart TV. The living room overlooks the cosy, historic centre of Domburg. From the living room, you enter the spacious dining room, with doors opening onto a large roof terrace....
The kitchen is generously equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils with the added features of a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, kettle and Nespresso and filter coffee machine
There is a guest toilet on this floor
On the second floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom with washing machine and a lovely rain shower. The master bedroom has a king-size bed (220x110cm) and the second bedroom has two separate single beds (90x100cm). There is also a cot here. For extra convenience, you can rent towels and bed linen from us
The apartment offers free private parking at the Butter Chapel, a 1-minute walk away.

Location and surroundings of object
From the apartment, you can easily walk onto the cosy main street where there is a wide range of shops and restaurants. Within a radius of 500 metres you can find your daily groceries, various sports facilities (including a golf course). If you are not so keen on swimming in the sea, you can visit the indoor swimming paradise de Parel, only 500 metres away. The forest "de manteling" is 700 metres away. Here you can take lovely walks. Furthermore, there are cycle routes throughout Zeeland which take you through a landscape of water, dykes, winding paths and dunes and take you to beautiful villages and towns in Zeeland.

| The 2022 tourist tax is €2.05 per person per night. In season, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. In the off-season when the minimum stay is 4 nights, arrival/departure is possible on Friday/Monday. Monday-Friday or Friday-Monday. Linen is not included in the price you can rent or bring your own. |
Cancellation terms:
Cancellation Policy You can send your cancellation via email or letter. If you cancel up to 3 months before the arrival date, 20% of the rental fee will be charged. If you cancel between 3 months and one month before the arrival date, 50% of the rental fee will be charged. If you cancel up to one month before the arrival date, 100% of the rental fee will be charged. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance; we do not offer cancellation insurance. *Note: For bookings made after 01-05-2020, it is acknowledged that there is awareness of the risk associated with the Coronavirus, and such bookings are made at one's own risk. Should you be unable to use or be allowed to use your booked accommodation due to circumstances related to Coronavirus, no claim of force majeure can be made, and the above cancellation conditions will apply. In the event of cancellation by us, any payments made will be refunded.
