Poreč, district Dračevac. The holiday home is located on a 250 sqm enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Youth groups are not welcome. Groups only possible from 30 years. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.

Bathroom (4 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.

House rules
The holding of parties or events is prohibited.
The landlord does not confirm bookings from youth groups under 25 years of age.

Super friendly landlady. Easy to contact. All rooms clean and well-kept.

Very toddler-friendly with a spacious terrace. The outdoor area also leaves nothing to be desired
