Due to the very beautiful location, the holiday home is ideal for windsurfers, kiters and also for families.

Equipment holiday home "Seeblick" (f. 5 persons):
- two bedrooms on the upper floor (SZ1- water view: 200cm x 160cm bed; SZ2 - south side: 200x160cm bed + 200x80cm bed)
- one bathroom (shower, WC)
- a kitchenette (cooker with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, etc.)
- a living room ( TV, sofa bed, large terrace door)
- Terrace with garden table and chairs
- Outdoor barbecue
- Parking space on the property
- Internet access via the house's own WLAN

Prices:
for max. five persons: 109 € per night (low season) or 169 € per night (high season),

plus final cleaning and additional costs: 95 €

DANEBEN we offer the identical holiday home "Ankerplatz" (5pers.) as well as the one-room app. "Koje" (2pers.). Please just ask.

Location and surroundings of object

The holiday home "Seeblick" (65 sqm) is located on our property in Loissin/Gahlkow together with another identical holiday home. The two holiday homes are separated from each other by a one-room flat and the HWR.
In the holiday home "Seeblick" you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Greifswalder Bodden from the double bed. A partial lake view is also possible on the ground floor.
Due to the sandy beach and the shore area, the accommodation is particularly suitable for surfers and kiters. This also applies to beginners, as there is a kite school and a windsurfing club in the immediate vicinity. By arrangement, it is possible to rent surfing equipment and book surfing/kiting lessons.

Cancellation terms:

Free cancellation possible up to 60 days before the arrival date.

You will receive a refund of half the booking amount minus the cancellation fee if you cancel the booking at least 31 days before the scheduled check-in by 12 noon CET (Central European Time). If you cancel less than 31 days before check-in, you will not receive any refund.
