The view was breathtakingly beautiful! The apartment was great and everything was thought of (okay, if I have to mention one thing, oven gloves are missing), The hostess is a sweet and helpful lady and can give you nice tips if you want!
It is definitely worth visiting Hallstatt and Gosausee, but both early because of the crowds, Salzburg is also a nice city and we visited the Red Bull museum (free entrance), nice for the Formula 1 fan,
The apartment is high up on the mountain, but we didn't mind that

I had a fantastic stay at Hideaway Dachstein West! Ilse, the receptionist, was incredibly helpful and spoke fluent English, which was a big plus, We received the exact penthouse room we booked for eight people, featuring a huge balcony with stunning mountain views and an infinity pool, The room was clean, spacious, modern, and well-equipped, with a smart TV perfect for Netflix and YouTube, The heated pool and sauna were wonderful, and while we didnt order fresh bakery items, it was nice to know that option was available, The separate heated room for our ski gear was a great addition, Overall, it was an amazing experience!
