There is also a small terrace with garden furniture and a beautiful view of the countryside. - Ground floor flat - Separate entrance - For long-term tenants (from 3 weeks), we can also set up the dining room as a second bedroom.

Centrally located in BUXTEHUDE, but quietly situated holiday flat.
Residential street, no through traffic, no traffic noise.
Excellent local and long-distance transport connections - 5 minutes' walk to the station. With the Metronom or the S-Bahn you can quickly reach destinations such as Stade (20 min.) or Hamburg (37 min.) without changing trains! You can also reach Cuxhaven directly in 72 minutes.
Buxtehude's old town can be reached on foot in 15 minutes.
Very good shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. ALDI, MARKTKAUF, CAFÉ PORT, BAKERY HILLERT, BUDNIKOWSKY.
2 km to the "Alte Land". We are happy to provide you with our simple bicycles free of charge, or you can bring your own.
An extensive forest area begins about 1 km away. So there are plenty of opportunities for cycling or hiking.
Parking: With our residents' parking permit you are entitled to park your car free of charge in front of your holiday flat. Buxtehude as a starting point offers you a wide range of leisure activities at any time:

Discover the historic old towns of Buxtehude & Stade, and make excursions into the Alte Land, through the Este Valley and into the Lüneburg Heath. Or are you tempted by the Hanseatic city of Hamburg? Take the ferry from Cranz to Blankenese or from Finkenwerder to Övelgönne (Altona), the fish market, the St. Pauli Landungsbrücken or the Speicherstadt.
Theatre and cultural events are firmly anchored in Buxtehude's city life, and in large numbers. Examples include the Buxtehude Kleinkunst-Igel, the Halepaghen-Bühne, the new Kulturforum am Hafen and the small but very active Theater im Hinterhof.

Please understand that SMOKING is not possible in our holiday flat, but it is possible on the terrace. On the day of arrival the flat is available from 14:00 and on the day of departure until 10:00. |
