Description
Traditional renovated Quinta, quiet on the outskirts and very close to the sea on a 320m² plot with swimming pool, partly with land and sea views. The renovated main house consists of two bedrooms, living room in colonial style with comfortable sofa, flat screen, satellite TV and DVD player, modern country kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, shower room with toilet and bidet, hall and laundry room with washer and dryer. Parking in front of the house. Children are welcome!

Location and surroundings of object
The house has an optimal location: it is tucked away on a small square at the end of a street where the footpath to a barely known sandy beach begins and captivates with its quiet location in an original part of the village.
To the west begins a remarkable part of the rocky Algarve, with caves, rock towers, cathedrals and portals, which reaches to Carvoeiro. Along the cliff edge, you can wander wonderfully through the unspoiled nature and swim on the beautiful beaches.
To the east you will reach Nossa Senhora da Rocha, a medieval pilgrimage church on a promontory in the sea. From there it is not far to the tourist center of Armação de Pêra with all amenities.
The small town of Alporchinhos with a supermarket and various restaurants is located within walking distance of the holiday home on the outskirts of the tourist area of Armaçao de Pêra. is an ideal place to stop off or as a starting point to discover the whole Algarve region. It is only a few steps to the beautiful sandy beach, with the multicolored fishing boats, on the steep coast of Nossa Senhora da Rocha.
The center of the city of Armação de Pêra was built around the small beach, from which even today the fishing boats start into the sea, although today this beach is more for tourism. The 6 km long sandy beach of Armação de Pêra is considered one of the longest and most beautiful sandy beaches in the Algarve.
The area offers some beautiful beaches, mostly hidden behind high rocks. Most beaches have easy access with parking and stairs that lead all the way down to the sandy beach.
In the vicinity there are numerous recreational opportunities. In the clear, emerald-colored water is the swimming a real pleasure, very popular holiday activities are also sailing, surfing and water skiing.
There are also many possibilities for a holiday with children: water parks, pony rides, zoos, marine shows and miniature golf courses are guaranteed to offer many eventful days for the whole family (all facilities can be reached within a short drive).

Arrive and feel at home!
We were guests in this wonderful holiday home for 2 weeks.
The house itself is well-located and fully equipped. Everything matched the pictures and the description. From the rooftop terrace, you can enjoy the view of the sea and the sunset. A special highlight is the great, clean, large pool that is regularly maintained. The large pepper tree provides shade all day long.
If you walk for 10 minutes, you reach a small beach cove with few visitors. Restaurants, supermarket, and another beach can be reached after a short walk.
A big thank you to the Isenberg family! We really enjoyed our time and would come back anytime.

Fun for the whole family
For the second year in a row, we spent a week in this wonderful holiday home this October. Everything fits here - the furnishings and location have something to offer for everyone in the family
The house is lovingly furnished, the whole family can cook in the large, very well-equipped kitchen, even if the men are always magically drawn to the charcoal grill under the pepper tree by the pool. A dreamy little beach bay far from mass tourism and a well-stocked supermarket are within walking distance. Many sights and excursion destinations can be reached by car in a short distance, and the surrounding area is fantastically beautiful for extended hikes. There is something for everyone.
Especially comfortable for families with children who are up early - the pool house, which can be booked as an extra, has a large bedroom and its own bathroom. This way, the whole family does not involuntarily experience the sunrise.
I would like to say one last word of praise for the cleanliness. Here you really have to enter and feel good
Also next year - very happy to come back!

As a repeat offender, I had another great vacation.
After we had a great vacation in the second half of September in 2018, we were back again this year in the first half of October. Next year is already planned. We loved it once again, and as soon as we came in, we noticed how clean the house is. Everything you need is available on site, and we really enjoyed the barbecue evenings by the pool.
The market halls nearby are wonderful, where you can find fresh meat, fish, vegetables, and fruits. The numerous hiking opportunities are unbeatable, and there is always something new to discover. Many thanks to Maria and Carlos Cunha, who manage the house perfectly and are always available to help on-site. Since we had a late return flight, we were allowed to stay at the house all day and enjoy the beautiful October sun. Thank you for the flexibility.

Great vacation!
We spent 2 weeks at the beginning of September in the house.
The house now looks even better than in the photos, as the hedge by the shower has grown significantly. We found the pepper tree ingenious, even when sweeping the leaves, there was always a slight pepper aroma, great!
The furnishings are tastefully and lovingly put together, the beds were good, and the kitchen and bathroom furniture now have a few signs of use. The kitchen equipment is also sufficient for larger cooking experiments, everything was actually available.
The house manager was nice and dedicated, and you can tell that the house is clean, well-maintained, and lovingly prepared.
You should like cats. Three of them lived permanently in the courtyard. With good feeding, the number will quickly rise to 10. However, we also had no problems with this (after some light training) despite having an allergic person. The barking concerts of the neighboring dogs at night are more difficult, earplugs are recommended here. By the way, we practically had no mosquitoes. But the house also has fly screens everywhere...
The location within the Algarve is convenient, as tours in both directions with driving times of 1-2 hours are possible. We liked Lagos, Sagres, and the islands in front of Faro the most...
The location within the town is also great. The beach, supermarket, and restaurants are about a 10-minute walk away.
The beach was really great and in August, it was always empty with about 15 people. Snorkeling was great (depending on the weather). Good swimmers can also swim to the neighboring cave (turn right). The footpath was easy but quite steep. However, you could also drive there by car. The waves were always harmless for us.

A super nice holiday. We have already booked for 2019.
We spent two wonderful weeks in Portugal with insanely good weather. The house is beautifully decorated in Portuguese style and equipped with everything you need. The on-site manager is super nice and always approachable if you want to know something. Everything you need is close by. Supermarket, restaurants and of course the sea. The small bay, which is within walking distance, is amazing. Even our little grandson felt soooo comfortable there. We liked it so much that we have already booked for next year. We can only recommend this house with absolute conviction. Anyone who wants to have an individual holiday is in the right place. For us, much better than a package holiday........
Oh yes, and fresh fish on the barbecue with a glass of wine and total relaxation by the pool under the stars..... what could be better? :-)
