This traditional farmhouse is built on a slope - i.e. you enter it on the upper floor, so to speak. Unique about the holiday home "Razzett Tuta" is its old "Mill Room", a former place for grinding grain. This room is still in its original state. Now it is a cosy, secluded place to linger. A natural stone fireplace adds to the cosiness in the cooler weeks of the year. In addition, there is an unobstructed view of the beautiful swimming pool and the equipped sun terrace. For your entertainment you can use a LCD TV with cable connection, DVD player and WIFI. The separate, high-quality natural stone kitchen, slightly outside the living area, is well and completely equipped - among others with dishwasher. The cosy living area is an ideal place to relax! The old walls have been left in their original state. All three bedrooms are on the first floor and are connected to the living and kitchen area in the basement by a wide staircase made of glass - a real "eye-catcher". A total of six people can be accommodated as follows: One bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. The two other bedrooms have one double bed and the other two single beds. These share another bathroom. Beautiful views of the valley from these rooms.T

The village of Ta' Kerċem, with a population of around 1700, is situated close to the south-eastern border of the main town of Victoria and is surrounded by some of the most beautiful scenery in Gozo's interior. The village lies above the picturesque Lunzjata valley between the hills of "tal-Mixta, Għar Ilma" and "ta' Dbiegi" and stretches as far as the pond of San Rafflu and the Xlendi cliffs, which are certainly among the most spectacular landscapes in Gozo. It is an ideal place for artists, hikers and cyclists. Hikers and cyclists can easily get to the village of San Lawrenz or down to Dewejra Bay from here. The area around Kercem was probably already inhabited around 4000 years BC. In addition, marvellous hiking trails have been built near these cliffs with EU funding.
Xlendi - the very popular seaside resort with its picturesque bay, where you will find numerous good restaurants on the promenade right by the water - is about 3 kilometres away. At Xlendi Bay you will find wonderful bathing spots around the bay (rocky beach!), which are ideal for swimming, snorkelling and diving.
The main town of Victoria, with its recently renovated citadel high above the town, is only approx. 1-2km away. The bus stop is about 15 minutes' walk away, as are the supermarket, bakery and restaurants.
