Welcome to the "Ostsee-Idyll
in the Strandwiese house 1 flat no. 4 on the 1st floor.
89 sqm - 3 rooms - 2 bedrooms - 4 persons
(Non-smoking apartment, events and pets not allowed)
Situated in a quiet, central location and only a few minutes walk to the sea. There is a lift in the building. A nearby private parking space is available. The lockable storage room allows you to safely store your bicycles.
You can expect a very high quality, far above standard, modern equipped holiday flat with an open light-flooded living-dining area and high quality tiled floor incl. underfloor heating.
Each room can be fully darkened by electric blinds.
Of course, free Wi-Fi is available.
A fully equipped kitchen with a large dishwasher, induction cooker, a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, a microwave and plenty of inventory leave nothing to be desired.
The dining area impresses with a tree-edge table with leather cantilevers.
In the living area, you can enjoy a cosy, large genuine leather sofa corner and a 55-inch 4K Smart-Oled TV and a reading corner with a motorised reclining leather armchair.
A feel-good atmosphere is guaranteed here.
One bedroom, equipped with an electrically adjustable RUF luxury box spring bed with AIR Vent ventilation system, lets you sleep superbly.
The second bedroom also has very high-quality mattresses and adjustable slatted frames.
Both bedrooms are equipped with 43 inch 4K TV's.
The very tastefully designed daylight bathroom impresses with a walk-in shower and a double washbasin that lets you get to the stand in a time-saving way.
There is also an elegant guest toilet in the flat.
In the storage room you will find a washing machine and a dryer.
An ironing board and iron are also available.
The large covered balcony faces south-east towards the sea and invites you with comfortable terrace furniture incl. cushions.

An amount of 110 € will be charged for final cleaning.
The service fee is a one-time charge of 10 €.
Depending on the time of travel, a visitor's tax of 2-3 € per person and night will be charged. These are to be transferred to the landlord.
Children under 18 years of age are exempt from visitor's tax when accompanied by an adult. (Age at the time of travel is decisive)
Arrival and departure day during the summer holidays is Saturday.
Outside this period, arrival and departure can take place on any day.
Arrival not before 5 pm. Departure at 10 am. Depending on the occupancy, earlier arrival or later departure times can be agreed with the landlord.
The tenant undertakes to treat the flat and furnishings with care and to make good any damage caused by him and to report it to the owner.

Dream apartment on the Baltic Sea
We had a completely beautiful and relaxing week in the apartment Strandwiese and felt very comfortable from the start.
The apartment is lovingly furnished with many small details, very clean, and excellently equipped – we lacked nothing. We especially enjoyed the quiet location and the proximity to the beach.
The contact with the landlord was always very friendly and completely uncomplicated. We can recommend the accommodation without reservation, take many beautiful memories with us, and would love to come back.

Great holiday apartment in Dahme
The stay in the vacation apartment at Strandwiese was really great. The location is central, it is only a few minutes' walk to the sea and the promenade. The apartment itself is very high quality and beautifully furnished. We especially liked the terrace, where we could have breakfast in the sunshine in the morning.
