The location directly at the beach access, great contact with the office O & B., private parking option in immediate proximity, balcony orientation, the nice welcome package with wine, water, and small initial dishwashing supplies, a nice colleague informed us by phone that the apartment was ready for occupancy earlier - great. Everything was very clean. The house in general is somewhat aged and the hallway area is not very inviting, but the apartment itself is bright and very nice! Key service for later arrivals very simple and well solved.
