Die zentrale Lage der Wohnung, der sonnige Balkon, die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer, die Nespresso Kaffeemaschine ist top. Im Gegensatz zum letzten Jahr war das neue WC im Badezimmer und die neu gemachte Waschbeckenecke sehr schön. Der Fernsebetrieb war im Gegensatz zum letzten Jahr störungsfrei, ebenso der WLAN-Empfang.
