We were allowed to spend ten wonderful days in May in the vacation apartment in Hörnum on Sylt and are more than satisfied. The apartment fully met all our expectations. Our initial concern that one bathroom and a guest toilet might not be sufficient for five people quickly vanished. Thanks to the numerous storage options in the bathroom, each of us was able to conveniently store our toiletries – there was really thoughtful planning here. The kitchen was particularly well-equipped and offered plenty of space for personal items. Whether it was supplies, dishes, or cooking utensils – everything had its place without looking messy. Here, great value was placed on storage space. A big plus was also the property with the two parking spaces for our cars. Especially on Sylt, sufficient parking space is not a given – here, however, it was absolutely no problem. The furnishings of the apartment are a few years old, yet still high-quality and well-maintained. One can tell that quality was prioritized here, which made the stay very pleasant. Particularly noteworthy is the attention given to dog owners: Upon arrival, there was a small welcome gift for our four-legged friend – a really nice gesture that made us very happy. A small suggestion for improvement would be to secure the 2–3 gaps in the fence through which a dog could escape. With a few minor adjustments, the property would then be perfect for dog owners. Anyone looking for a quiet and well-equipped holiday home on Sylt will definitely find it here. The location in Hörnum is idyllic and invites relaxation. We really enjoyed our time and would love to come back anytime!

Wir durften im Mai zehn wunderbare Tage in der Ferienwohnung in Hörnum auf Sylt verbringen und sind mehr als zufrieden. Die Wohnung hat all unsere Erwartungen vollständig erfüllt. Unsere anfängliche Sorge, dass ein Badezimmer und eine Gästetoilette für fünf Personen vielleicht nicht ausreichen könnten, war schnell verflogen. Dank der zahlreichen Ablagemöglichkeiten im Badezimmer konnte jeder von uns seine Utensilien bequem verstauen – hier wurde wirklich mitgedacht. Die Küche war besonders gut ausgestattet und bot sehr viel Platz für eigene Dinge. Egal ob Vorräte, Geschirr oder Kochutensilien – alles fand seinen Platz, ohne dass es unordentlich wirkte. Hier wurde wirklich Wert auf Stauraum gelegt. Ein großer Pluspunkt war auch das Grundstück mit den zwei Stellplätzen für unsere Autos. Gerade auf Sylt ist ausreichend Parkraum nicht selbstverständlich – hier jedoch absolut kein Problem. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist zwar schon ein paar Jahre alt, dennoch hochwertig und gut gepflegt. Man merkt, dass hier auf Qualität gesetzt wurde, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Aufmerksamkeit für Hundebesitzer: Zur Begrüßung gab es ein kleines Gastgeschenk für unseren vierbeinigen Freund – eine wirklich nette Geste, die uns sehr gefreut hat. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre jedoch, die 2–3 Schlupflöcher im Zaun abzusichern, durch die ein Hund entwischen könnte. Mit ein paar kleinen Nachbesserungen wäre das Grundstück dann perfekt für Hundehalter geeignet. Wer ein ruhiges und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus auf Sylt sucht, wird hier definitiv fündig. Die Lage in Hörnum ist idyllisch und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!
