This well-equipped holiday home on the lower ground floor in Kleinarl on the edge of the Hohe Tauern National Park impresses with its modern wooden furnishings and the open living, cooking and dining area. The property is ideal for couples and small families!

Kleinarl is located in the middle of the impressive mountains in the Salzburger Land and offers its holiday guests mountains as far as the eye can see as well as numerous activities and events in summer and winter. Whether you are on a hiking, biking or skiing holiday, sustainability is also essential here. In mid-2022, Kleinarl was Austria's first and only destination to be awarded the GSTC (global sustainable tourism council) accredited Green Destinations certification. Thermal baths are only a short drive, 19.1 km away, to be precise.
