Unfortunately, the bed greatly reduces the recovery value of the apartment. It creaks terribly on the right side and the mattress is not okay either. Such a shame..... The apartment is very lovingly and tastefully furnished, very clean and well-maintained. Centrally located, everything is within walking distance. The key handover was totally uncomplicated - nice team/Ostsee-Appartments Heike Wongel.

We have been to the Kurparkresidenz several times before, but this year for the first time in Apartment 1. And we were positively surprised: everything fits here, the beautiful terrace with the two old pines, the view from the dining table of the spa park, kitchen with dishwasher, and the spacious apartment with two televisions... we would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at the Kurparkresidenz Timmendorfer Strand – Apartment 1 and can recommend this vacation rental without reservation! The apartment impresses with an excellent location – just a few minutes' walk from the beach and located right by the idyllic spa park. The surroundings are quiet yet central, making restaurants, cafés, and shopping options easily accessible. The apartment itself is stylishly and modernly furnished. Everything is very clean, well-maintained, and lovingly furnished – from the high-quality kitchen with everything you need to the comfortable beds that ensure restful nights. Particularly pleasant is the cozy terrace, where you can wonderfully relax. Another highlight is the very good service: the key handover was uncomplicated, and the communication with the hosts was friendly and professional. You can tell that a lot of value is placed on hospitality here. We felt completely comfortable and would love to come back! Thank you very much for the wonderful time in this great apartment.
