Welcome to the newly renovated, quietly located “Ferienwohnung Erika” in the town of Gollwitz. In this house you will find space for up to 5 people, leaving little to be desired.
A bedroom with a double bed and a cot, as well as a bedroom with a double bunk bed and a single bed offer you restful nights.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, stove and kettle offers everything you need.
There are two living rooms in this apartment, one of which is modernly furnished and equipped with a TV. The second living room is furnished in a nostalgic style with antique furniture and a sofa set and invites you to fun game evenings. All living rooms are equipped with underfloor heating.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet child seat as well as a washing machine.
A high chair and a children's travel cot are available in the house and, if you order them, we will be happy to set them up for your little ones before they arrive.
Free WiFi available.
Enjoy the spacious garden with a wind-protected seating area as well as a swing, sandpit, barbecue area, garden furniture and a fruit tree meadow (many birds and insects buzz around in this fruit tree meadow) while the children play. You are welcome to bake yourself a delicious fruit cake using the baking utensils provided by the owner.
It is approx. 400 m to the beach.

This is now the third time we have booked the very well-equipped house Erika and we always feel very comfortable there. Also, a big compliment to the nice landlords who help at any time with problems.

As in the previous year in the salt marshes, we also really liked staying in this house. I would like to emphasize the friendly owners of the property, who responded very quickly to our suggestions. Since we couldn't say goodbye to them, please pass on our special thanks! However, I would like to express a small criticism. It does not concern the great accommodation, but the location of Gollwitz. The long dog beach there is directly adjacent to the relatively short beach and is very close to the bird island Werder. The freely roaming, barking dogs often ran through the bathing guests and also over the sandbanks of the bird island. It was not a real relaxation for us, so we looked for a quieter beach section during the day. We then moved the bird watching to the late afternoon - from 6 p.m. The dog beach should start a bit further from the island. You can pass on this criticism to the spa administration. However, I would like to make a small criticism. It does not concern the great accommodation, but the situation in Gollwitz.

We then postponed bird watching to the late afternoon - from 6 p.m. The dog beach should start a little further away from the island.
