The bungalows are located in the Club Tihany complex, at the tip of the Tihany peninsula, which was declared a nature reserve in 1952. The facility is located in a 13 hectare park, directly on Lake Balaton. In the complex is the Hotel Club Tihany, the holiday houses BAL TIH 001 (5 people), and BAL TIH 004 (4 people). The accommodation could be a very nice place if the cleaning didn’t just consist of a little sweeping. The lampshades have a thick, massive layer of dust, a sandwich left over from ancient times under the bed, the cabinets are musty, and the central drain of the bathroom exudes a massive smell of sewage. The lockability of the windows also leaves something to be desired: the one who does not want to climb in. After that, we are grateful for the clean bed

In fact, it got a little bad because the socialist legacy greeted us first but thanks to the kind staff at the Hotel for the quick response and so we could spend a wonderful week at this beautiful, relaxed hotel.

Some of the silicone joints should be replaced in the bathroom and the bathtub are covered below. Under the bed mud and on the terrace very many cobwebs was under the roof. These are just a few small notes on cleanliness. we were all fully satisfied. The service was great, the facilities completely (maybe a bit old) and the environment lies no wish unfulfilled. Dream of a holiday site. Food in the hotel was great. A point has us very disturbed and annoyed: Dogs at the hotel, the houses and allowed on the premises, but there is nowhere a dog beach or dog washing place. Whenever we wanted to go swimming, the dog had to stay in the house. He could not even with the meadow behind the site on Lake Balaton. This should already be noted in the catalog.
