The holiday apartment "Alpenrose" in the Zugspitz village of Grainau is a true paradise for young and old. Here you can enjoy your holiday to the fullest.
The holiday apartment "Alpenrose" with its 60 m² offers space for 1-2 persons and is therefore ideal for a nice couple holiday at the foot of the Zugspitze. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a Bavarian country house in a quiet location in Grainau and is an ideal starting point for numerous hikes or other adventures in the mountains.
The cosy holiday apartment "Alpenrose" with its warm colours offers a beautiful bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and is furnished with a lot of love for detail. From the bed you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Zugspitze. The living room is equipped with sofa, armchair and TV and it has a large terrace door with view into the garden. On the terrace you will also find high quality furniture. There is also a beautiful bright, friendly and fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful Bavarian corner bench. In the bathroom you will find a washbasin, a shower and a toilet. Altogether the holiday flat "Alpenrose" is very high-quality and furnished in the Bavarian style, which provides for absolute well-being tendency.

The holiday apartment "Alpenrose" captivates with its unique view of Germany´s highest mountain - the Zugspitze. Grainau is the perfect holiday resort for mountain lovers both in summer and winter. All around there are beautiful hiking trails as well as the wonderful skiing area Kreuzeck/ Haubsberg and of course the skiing area Zugspitze. It is also only a few minutes walk to the bus stop and to some restaurants and shopping possibilities.
A own wellness area invites you to relax
A further highlight of this country house in Grainau is the in-house “Zirbentherme” with infrared light, which is in the basement and which you can use free of charge. Here you can relax after an exciting day in the mountains.

Gemütliche Fewo mit wunderschöner Terrasse und tollem Ausblick. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnte man verbessern (kein Gefrierfach, Backofentür schließt nicht richtig).

The holiday apartment Alpenrose has a fantastic view of the Waxstein and the Zugspitze, if visibility allows ;-). The apartment itself is absolutely recommended for its furnishings, cleanliness, and location. We brought our two small Bolonka dogs with us, and they had a great run on the large lawn right by the terrace. Thank you very much to the Mahr family for the smooth process, the organization, and the very pleasant and relaxing stay for us. We would love to come back.

Unfortunately, the bed did not appeal to us, it was too hard. The apartment is tastefully furnished, the view from the terrace is fantastic, when there is no fog in front of the Zugspitze.

The holiday apartment is beautifully located, directly on the hiking trails with a view of the mountains. It is cozily furnished and has a beautiful large terrace with a large green area. We felt very comfortable here.

We were in the vacation apartment Alpenrose for a week. With the unlocking of the apartment door and a quick tour of the apartment, we felt extremely comfortable. A beautiful apartment, furnished with great attention to detail. Nothing is lacking. Wonderful view towards Zugspitze. Very quiet location. The "center" of Grainau can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. An ideal starting point for extensive hikes. We will definitely come back!!!!
