This smaller holiday home is located in the popular holiday area of Folle Strand, only about 250 meters from the beach. From the terrace you can enjoy a view of the sea, making this a lovely base for a relaxing coastal break. The location offers both proximity to the water and easy access to local attractions, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay. Inside, the home features an open kitchen connected to the living room, where the stove also creates a cozy atmosphere. The television does not have channels but is equipped with Chromecast, allowing you to stream your own entertainment. The bedroom includes a double bed with a width of 120 cm, while additional sleeping spaces are available on the double sofa bed in the living room and in a bunk bed located in the hallway. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, providing all the essentials for your holiday stay. Outdoors, the property offers a carport for convenient parking as well as swings for children to enjoy. The terrace is the perfect place to relax with a morning coffee while enjoying the view towards the sea. The surrounding area invites you to explore and offers excellent opportunities for excursions. Visit the nearby National Park Mols Bjerge for hiking and nature experiences, or spend a day in the city of Aarhus to enjoy cultural attractions, shopping, and dining. Please note The house is not rented out to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This holiday home is a gem! It offers a quiet location, and the nearby playground was a hit with our children. We also loved being so close to Kalø Slotsruin, which made for a lovely afternoon outing.
