Description

This bright and friendly 1-room apartment with approx. 35m² is located on the top floor of a small apartment house in Gollwitzer Park. Distance to the natural beach approx. 500 meters!

The cozy living room is equipped with a flat screen TV, electric fireplace, dining area and adjoining new kitchenette with induction stove/oven, refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower and toilet. In the box spring bed, lying area (180 x 200), you will find a relaxed night's sleep.

There is a parking space at the house and free WiFi.

Minimum booking over Christmas/New Year 4 nights!

A travel cot and high chair can be rented from PAS for an additional charge.

The apartment can also be combined with the SEEPERLE apartment (only separated by a small staircase) on the upper floor of the house. For combined bookings of 7 nights or more (in low, high and mid-season) you will receive a 10% discount on both booking prices!

Non-smoking apartment!!! Only dogs allowed!!!

A small repair to the apartment entrance door (it's drafty) and then everything will be perfect. It was wonderful, and we felt very comfortable! We have already booked again and will definitely come back!

To ventilate the small apartment well in the evening, it would be useful to have insect screens on all windows (the screen in the kitchen was not completely tight). Additionally, it would be nice, especially for travelers arriving by train, to have the option to leave the key at the apartment itself. Before arrival, it was not completely clear to us what was already available in the apartment (trash bags, sponges, etc.). A detailed description of the linen package would have been helpful as well (we didn't know if towels were included). Otherwise, we really liked the accommodation! We had a very nice holiday, thanks to your apartment :-)
