Beautiful apartment on the 3rd floor. The cozy living area with sofa bed (suitable for 1 person) has a TV/HiFi, CD/DVD player, electric. Fireplace and balcony with garden furniture. From here you look at the sea. The open fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. A dining table and chairs are integrated into the kitchen area. Bathroom with shower/toilet. In the attic there is the bedroom with a double bed at a comfortable height for 2 people with a TV and numerous books (accessible via a narrow, steep staircase). The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating.
A travel cot and high chair can be rented for an additional charge.
Parking space at the house.
Coin-operated washing machine and dryer available in the house for a fee. The FIP has a children's play area and table tennis table. Approx. 400 m to the natural beach.
No pets! Non smoking apartment!!!

Sun protection at the living room roof window was unfortunately no longer functional, needs to be renewed. In autumn, however, no problem. The control relay of the underfloor heating makes noises. Otherwise, we enjoyed it as always. We will come back next year, maybe a bit earlier, because of the temperatures. September is indeed a bit warmer. Thank you very much for the nice welcome (sparkling wine) and the loyalty bonus.

We were able to exchange the existing coffee machine on the very first day, or rather, it was already in our apartment when we got home. So we didn't have to brew coffee twice for breakfast, thanks for that. Everything else was according to our expectations, which can be seen online. The construction site didn't bother us. We were out during the day. So far, it has been our nicest apartment after Seeadler and Poeler Haihappen. Next year, we would like to come back again.

We basically really enjoyed it. The owner of the property thought of many things, hats off! The 55 steps without the possibility of an elevator were especially challenging with luggage. Also, the lack of internet service is not up to date. Apart from that, everything was fine; the beach, which was not overly crowded, and the smuggler bar were great and make a return likely.

From booking to key handover on site, everything worked well. The vacation rental was clean and equipped with everything necessary. The steep staircase to the sleeping area, which we knew about, turned out to be more difficult for us than we had assumed beforehand. We noticed that little attention is given to cleanliness in the stairwell and outdoor area. Otherwise, as we have had many times before, we had a nice holiday on the island of Poel until we had to cut it short due to acute illness.
