!!! The road through the town and therefore directly in front of the holiday park is currently being renovated, so there may be noise pollution from construction noise!!!

The cozy living area with a sofa bed for 2 people (140x190) has cable TV/radio, BLU-RAY player and balcony with balcony furniture. The open, new fitted kitchen is equipped with a stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster and coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower/toilet. A narrow, narrow open staircase takes you to the sleeping area in the attic with a double bed for 2 people.

A travel cot and high chair are available free of charge. The stairs can be secured with a stair guard.

Parking space available at the house.

Coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the house for a fee.

Approx. 400 m to the natural beach.

Pets allowed! Non-smoking apartment!!!

Alles tiptop, super ausgestattet (2, 3 kleine Löffel könnten es mehr sein, war aber auch so ok :) ). Waren schon zum 2. Mal in dieser Wohnung :)

Overall, a beautiful apartment, clean and modernly furnished. Just a few small suggestions for improvement - add pot holders and a kitchen scale - the cutting knives are dull - there are not enough small metal spoons - the lack of internet (neither Wi-Fi nor LAN at the TV) is outdated - the windows of the apartment and the entrance and hallway areas could have/should have been cleaned.

I am simply thrilled with the accommodation and the service (friendly and accommodating). The only remark is that I did not find any indication in the booking documents that the key must be picked up at the main office and is not handed over on-site – in the photos, the property looked like a hotel with a reception. But everything worked out great. We could have "stayed" for a few more weeks. Recommendable.

The apartment is well equipped (the wardrobes full of unused duvets), the bathroom and kitchen are attractively designed. In the kitchen, you can find everything you need. The steep stairs to the bedroom must be climbed carefully, it's all a matter of habit. On the balcony, you have the morning and evening sun shining and can enjoy the view over the village pond, trees, and fields. What would be really great: mosquito nets on the windows. There were a lot of mosquitoes, so we had to keep the windows closed in the evening and at night, which can make the room quite warm under the roof. There is no WiFi, the neighboring apartments already have it. The open WiFi network in Kirchdorf allows for short messages. The opportunity to charge an electric car is very limited. Gollwitz is beautifully located, offering great walking opportunities through the fields, the forest, and along the natural beach. Very relaxing (despite the construction site, which was pointed out beforehand) and truly recommended if you want to enjoy nature.
