Description

The apartment has a cozy living room with fly screens and a fitted kitchen with every comfort. The sofa with sleeping function for 1 person and the comfortable furniture as well as the fireplace invite you to a relaxing holiday. A Smart TV that also supports Netflix and Amazon with a DVD player provides your entertainment. You will also find a guest toilet and the terrace with modern garden furniture on the ground floor.

In the basement there is a bedroom with a double bed, a large closet and a flat-screen TV and fly screens. In the bright bathroom you will find a shower with toilet and washing machine.

A travel cot and high chair can be rented from PAS.

The beautiful terrace with a view of the beautiful garden with pond invites you to enjoy the Poel sun.

You can use the wonderful 3000 m² property with a small pond, deck chairs and barbecue area in an absolutely quiet location with the other house guests.

The furnishings included everything we needed and we felt comfortable. We found the additional guest toilet in the living area practical and the bathroom with shower in the basement nicely spacious. The stairs are not too steep and easy to walk on. The insect screens in front of the windows were also helpful. Everything was very clean—except for—presumably—lots of pet hair on the couch and the carpet. When we wanted to remove it with the vacuum cleaner, we found it quite dirty.

Critique: no oven gloves, TV remote battery leaked, waste separation difficult with only one bin, kitchen drawers stick a lot, shower has mold that needs renewal, mattresses are worn out (luckily we had mattress toppers with us;-), terrace and terrace furniture were not cleaned, vacuum cleaner filter full. Praise: location is great, actually quiet—unless you have screaming neighbor vacationers as guests, super friendly and approachable staff, uncomplicated booking, payment, and key handover, sun umbrella and beach tent are even available, the insect protection in front of windows and even the terrace door is worth its weight in gold.

Despite the lousy weather, we had a great week. No one can help the weather. I would have liked to have flyers in the accommodation with information about local attractions. We only came across the harbor festival in Wismar by chance. We also would have appreciated a note about the construction site in the village, as we only found the detour (with a detour sign pointing to another detour) on the 2nd day after many angry looks. Everything was clean in the accommodation and we found everything we needed for cooking. Many thanks to the dear PAS team, it was great :)

Unfortunately we had bad luck as we had a family above us who showed little consideration for others. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this place is unfortunately not the right choice, the noise level was enormous and started early in the day. Beach items were carelessly shaken out on the balcony above our terrace, and as a result the sand etc. ended up straight in our food on the table... The holiday apartment was ideal, especially during the heat, as the bedroom is located in the basement and always offered a cool place. We only missed small things like comfortable seat cushions for the outdoor seating, garbage bags, pot holders or oven gloves, and a proper non-stick pan ;-) Many thanks to the generally very friendly staff in the office, who also sent us our forgotten razor!

Unfortunately, we had the misfortune of having a family just above us who showed little consideration for others. If you are looking for peace and quiet, you are in the wrong place, the noise level was enormous and started early in the day. On the balcony above our terrace, the beach stuff was carelessly shaken out and the sand etc. landed straight in our food on the table....

The holiday flat was ideal, especially in the heat, as the bedroom is in the basement and thus always offered a cool place. We only missed small things like comfortable cushions for the outdoor seating, rubbish bags, oven gloves and a proper coated pan ;-)

Many thanks to the generally very friendly staff in the office, who also sent us our forgotten razor!
