The aerial photo of the rental property showed a wind-protected terrace with two lounge chairs. In fact, it was the photo of the neighboring house with the name of the rented house. We had no lounge chairs and sat on a drafty terrace. Due to the wind, the satellite dish also wobbled, and we heard an irregular knocking noise at night. An employee also came very quickly the next day. However, he could not fix the problem and we moved into the room with the two single beds. The owners should definitely build a wooden wall as a view and wind protection. The apartment itself was modern and brightly furnished. There was enough dishware and kitchen equipment available. We could excellently store our bicycles in the empty garden shed. There would have also been space for two lounge chairs. The apartment was superficially cleaned. In particular, there was a thick layer of dust on the wall side under the beds in the children's room, so it smelled somewhat musty. We removed this with the vacuum cleaner that hadn't been emptied in a long time. The beach chair was new and flawless. Unfortunately, it was at best not visible from one side. The next beach at Gollwitz is quiet, not crowded at all, and in that sense, the most beautiful. It is less than 5 minutes away by car.

There is little to criticize. The whole stay was great and relaxing. Complaining at a high level. - no iron - clothes dryer could be bigger. - whirlpool in the bathtub doesn't work.

We really enjoyed our time on the island of Poel and in the house Am Salzhaff. The holiday home is very nice and peacefully located. Unfortunately, the access road is not very good.

We enjoyed it very much again. Thank you very much for the good organization, for the new app - very helpful - and for the new bike rental option, which we happily used. We will gladly come back again. We thought it was great that there are now seat cushions/pads for the chairs on the terrace. We had suggested this during our last visit in 2021. Thank you for that. A few notes we would like to make: - The beach chair has aged quite a bit; the plastic of the wicker outside is crumbling, and the plastic pieces were lying around, most of which we collected and disposed of because we saw that birds were pecking at them. We think this should not happen. - We believe that at least 2-3 trash bags (possibly more) should be part of the basic equipment. Perhaps also a bottle of dish soap or dishwasher tablets. We found 2. This should be manageable given this rental price, in our opinion. And one more note about the guests from the neighboring house on Friday, July 26, a group of 6-7 men who celebrated quite loudly and musically for a long time. Around midnight, I made my way to ask them for quiet. Another couple was just coming back from that house and had already requested quiet. The music outside the house was turned down, but inside the house, the loud celebration continued at least until 2:30 AM, which was audible to us. I can't tell you the name of the house right now; it was the house on the side of our entrance. The two bedrooms are also in that direction. Therefore, everything was audible.

The accommodation and the stay were very enjoyable. A very nice house. The fireplace, the sauna were great. I will list the following criticisms in detail so that they can be considered for future guests. We were a bit disappointed with the bread rolls. Delivery fee - ok. Considering the very high prices of the bread rolls, we had expected fresh bread rolls from a local bakery. However, it was obviously the cheap bread rolls from Rewe. Then we could have just taken our own frozen bread rolls. Minor points about the house: On the first night, due to the wind, the outdoor lighting turned off and on every 5 seconds. In the bedroom, this was a colorful on/off - not nice, but ok. The light above the bathtub in the bathroom no longer works. A seal strip in the shower in the bathtub bathroom is coming loose. Overall: thank you for the lovely stay.

Our second holiday stay in this property after 2020. It was again very beautiful and relaxing, we felt very comfortable, like at home. Everything was perfect. Thank you to the entire PAS team. We will be very happy to come back. In the house, we didn't miss (almost) anything. Only 4 seat cushions for the chairs on the terrace would have been nice and our wish. I am writing the following points of criticism in detail so that they can be taken into account for future guests.

Small points about the house:
During the first night, the outside lights kept turning on and off every five seconds due to the wind. In the bedroom, it was a colorful on/off cycle - not nice, but okay.
The light in the bathtub of the bathroom doesn't work anymore.
A sealing strip is coming off in the shower in the bathroom with a bathtub.

Everything was perfect, there is nothing to complain about, they are very beautiful houses where nothing is missing. We found two small defects, namely the cover of the water intake at the whirlpool and the flap of the dishwasher jammed when opening in the lower third.... But these are only small things, otherwise everything is great and more than perfect.
