From day 34 and up to and including the date of arrival or later and in case of failure to show up when the rental period commences: 100 percent of the total rental price + administration fee.
Prepaid extra services, e.g. bed linen, final cleaning and baby chair etc., will be 100% refunded if the tenant cancels the rental agreement.

The house itself was quite okay. Should be 15 people, but that is very optimistic. High costs are charged for final cleaning and upon arrival the house was downright dirty. The customer service of Belvilla's Danish partner is difficult to reach and a complaint email has simply not been responded to.

Het huisje zelf was best oké. Zou 15 persoons moeten zijn, maar dat is wel heel optimistisch. Er worden hoge kosten gerekend voor de eind-schoonmaak en bij aankomst was het huisje gewoon ronduit vies. De klantenservice van de Deense partner van Belvilla is slecht bereikbaar en op een klachtenmail is gewoon niet gereageerd.
