This is a beautiful modern villa with heated swimming pool and marvelous view. When you arrive, you will have an immediate holiday feeling, and can completely relax. You can have a barbecue in the spacious garden, while you enjoy the panoramic view. You immediately walk onto the beach direct from the house.
The region is characterized by a mild climate and white sandy beaches. You will find them around Phouhinec (about 5 km). For excursions, you can visit the countless menhirs, dolmens and tumulus at Carnac (25 km), Vannes (50 km), with its beautiful half-timbered houses, and the peninsula of Quiberon (34 km), from where you can take a ferry trip (45 min) to the scenic island of Belle-Ile-en-Mer are also worth a look. In the center of Riantec (1.5 km) you will find several restaurants, a bakery and a supermarket.
The home is fully equipped with a modern kitchen and comfortable bathrooms. You can barbecue in the spacious garden while enjoying the panoramic view.

A very nice house, quiet and with lots of comfort. Lovely pool. The house is well maintained and is very modern. Sea views and many hiking opportunities directly at the house. Bakker 5 minutes walk.
