The holiday apartment is located in a detached house and is furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is popular also because of the view of the sea from the grounds and its quiet, sunny waterside location. For your exclusive use are: sun lounger, terrace and garden furniture.

Malinska. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed water plot with trees, bordered by a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house. The apartment is on the seafront, next to the promenade and the beach Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via satellite.
Hygiene measures: Final cleaning with disinfection. The final cleaning is carried out by a professional company.

Living room (14 sqm) with 2 additional beds on double sofa bed, sitting area, TV and access to the balcony (12 sqm, garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs). Bedroom (12 sqm) with 1 double bed. American kitchen (8 sqm) with electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (180 l), microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Hallway (3 sqm). Bathroom (6 sqm) with bathtub, washing machine, 1 washbasin, WC and window.

House rules
The holding of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
Please observe quiet hours, especially from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am.
