Sehr gute Raumaufteilung, gerade, wenn man mit 4 Personen bzw. 4 Erwachsenen plus Kleinkind das Haus bewohnt. Schöner Garten mit gemütlichem Strandkorb. Grundstück kaum einsehbar. Sehr gute Lage unweit der City. Zu Fuß keine 5 Minuten. Zum Wasser ähnlich, es sei denn, man hat einen Kinderwagen dabei und möchten diesen nicht die Himmelsleiter herauf- und wieder heruntertragen. Dann wird der kleine Umweg über den Aufgang Badezeit gern in Kauf genommen.

auf jeden Fall. Super Lage, toller Schnitt des Hauses, Ausstattung top. nur unter dem Dach würde ich noch ein Single-Bett ausstatten.
