Top holiday home
We can't say anything negative at all. From the very nice contact with the Decker family to the arrival at the house, everything was great. We have never had accommodation that was so clean and well-equipped. Everything was consistently super clean and tidy. The house is nicely furnished. The mattresses in the beds are very comfortable. The bedrooms are a bit small but fine. We had a lovely vacation and we lacked nothing! We will definitely come back.

We were four people for a week in Julianadorp.
The holiday home was really great.
Quiet location. Super amenities?
I have never found so much crockery and glasses in any holiday apartment?
Also, the kitchen was well-equipped, with nothing missing!!!
The beds in the bedrooms have good mattresses. No back pain?
The bathroom is a bit outdated but sufficient.
I would like to highlight the quick and friendly communication with Mr. Decker? Parking in front of the house and a large terrace.
All in all, highly recommended for a nice vacation?

Wonderful!
We traveled with our children. The house is top equipped and we were positively surprised. From sharpened knives and many little things & attentions for daily needs to the tasteful, loving furnishings themselves, everything was really great. The location is wonderful, the beach is only a few minutes away by car and beautiful. Communication also went well, everything was very clear and simply arranged. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back. Thank you again for the wonderful vacation.

Beautiful holiday home in a quiet area from friendly landlords.
From the booking to the return trip, everything went well.
First of all, a big thank you to the landlords, the Decker family, for the very friendly communication, advice, and the additional information that took place via email or SMS.
Everything went smoothly, and questions or problems were addressed within a short time.
The house is very beautiful and tastefully furnished, well-maintained, and was very clean upon arrival. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality inventory, the living/dining area is cozy, and you feel very comfortable in the winter garden as well. The bedrooms are somewhat cramped due to the construction, but the beds have comfortable mattresses; at least that's how we felt. The bathroom is somewhat dated, but clean and in order, and the landlord has confirmed that a renovation is already planned. The installed technology almost overwhelmed us, but we were well introduced to it. The outdoor facilities with the beautiful terrace invite you to linger and relax in good weather. Suggestions and comments from our side were accepted or were already in progress. We can recommend this house without reservation because it is located in a quiet area, is clean, and you can tell that the landlords have put a lot of heart into it. Julianadorp aan Zee is a good starting point for the beach, for tours in the surrounding area by bike or car. Shopping opportunities are plentiful in the area and easily accessible.

Das Ferienhaus war wirklich toll.
Ruhige Lage. Super Ausstattung ?
So viel Geschirr und Gläser habe ich noch in keiner Ferienwohnung vorgefunden ?
Ebenso die Ausstattung der Küche wo es an nichts fehlte!!!
Betten in den Schlafzimmern haben gute Matratzen. Keine Rückenschmerzen ?
Bad ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber ausreichend.
Eine schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation mit Herrn Decker möchte ich noch lobend hervorheben ?
Parkplatz vorm Haus und große Terrasse.
Alles in allem uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert für einen schönen Urlaub ?
Erstmal schönen Dank an die Vermieter Familie Decker für die sehr freundliche Kommunikation, Beratung und den weiteren Informationen, die per Mail oder SMS stattgefunden haben.
Alles verlief reibungslos und innerhalb kurzer Zeit wurden Fragen oder Probleme behandelt.
Das Haus ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gepflegt, und war bei der Ankunft sehr sauber.
Die Küche ist mit hochwertigen Inventar ausgestattet, der Wohn-/Esszimmerbereich gemütlich und auch im Wintergarten fühlt man sich sehr wohl. Die Schlafzimmer sind baubedingt etwas beengt, die Betten haben bequeme Matratzen, jedenfalls haben wir es so empfunden.
Das Badezimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und in Ordnung und der Vermieter hat bestätigt, dass eine Sanierung schon geplant ist.
Die verbaute Technik hat uns schon fast überfordert, aber wir wurden gut in dieser eingeführt.
Die Außenanlagen mit der schönen Terrasse laden bei gutem Wetter zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein.
Vorschläge und Anmerkungen von unserer Seite wurden Angenommen oder waren schon in Arbeit.
Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen, weil es ruhig liegt, sauber ist und man merkt, das die Vermieter hier viel Herzblut reingesteckt haben.
Julianadorp aan Zee ist eine gute Ausganglage für den Strand, für Touren ins Umland mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im Ort reichlich vorhanden und gut zu erreichen.
Es war ein wirklich sehr guter Kontakt mit Ihnen, das Haus war perfekt was die Lage,die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit betrifft.
In diesem Haus bleiben keine Wünsche offen.
Wir wünschen Ihnen alles Gute, und vielleicht schaffen wir es nochmals bei Ihnen zu wohnen.

wir können uns nur herzlich bedanken für diese schöne Woche in Ihrem tollen Ferienhaus.
Es war alles so wie auf der Internetseite beschrieben . Sehr gute Ausstattung ( ein bisschen erschrocken waren wir als plötzlich die Alexa begonnen hat zu sprechen ? ). Der Saugroboter ist auch nicht zu verachten ?. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt sehr gut.
Extras wie der Staubsaugerroboter, eine Senseo Pad Maschine und die Geschirr.- sowie Waschmaschine sind wirklich praktisch.
Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln!
Die Wohnung hat eine neue, toll ausgestattete Küche, darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut und kommen gerne wieder.
Die Lage ist schön ruhig in einem gepflegten Park, keine Einsicht von den Nachbarn. Ca 1km zum Strand, also ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Zur nächsten Einkaufsmeile und mehreren Restaurants sind es ebenfalls ca 20 Minuten zu Fuß.
Sehr netter Kontakt zu den Gastgebern.

Es ist alles sehr schön eingerichtet und auch alles vorhanden was man braucht.
Hier kann man sich wohl fühlen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und auch immer bemüht.
Wir haben bereits für nächstes Jahr gebucht und freuen uns auf den Urlaub.
Von der Ausstattung-Sauberkeit-Preisleistung-Lage, ist es wirklich das Beste was wir in der Keizerskroon vorgefunden haben.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Hier kann man sich wohlfühlen und seinen Urlaub genießen.
Empfehlen wir weiter.Daumen hoch, weiter so.
Zu Fuß brauch man zum Strand ca. 15 Min. Die Umgebung ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Vorallem für Familien mit Kindern gibt es sehr viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen.
Meine Empfehlungen:
- Das Marinemuseum in Den Helder. Leider dürfen keine Hunde rein, aber es lohnt sich auch so das Gelände anzugucken. Die Stadt selber fand ich allerdings nicht sehr erwähnenswert.
- Mariëndal: dort befindet sich ein Gelände mit ein paar Tieren zum anfassen wie z.B Ziegen, Schweine, Pferde, Esel u.s w. Ausserdem gibt es dort einen Klettergarten und einen Aussichtsturm.
- Die Altstadt von Alkmaar, mit den süßen kleinen Gassen & einem Käsemarkt.
- Fort Kijkduin: hier gibt es ebenfalls ein Museum mit Festungen, Tunnel und zusätzlich einem Seeaquarium. Leider sind hier ebenfalls keine Hunde erlaubt.
- Mein absolutes Highlight ist die Stadt Schoorl. Sie hat eine sehenswerte Sandrutsche in die Stadt. Oberhalb davon befindet sich der schönste Wald, den ich je gesehen habe.
Am besten hat uns das Essen im Restaurant Sunny's geschmeckt. Neben dem Restaurant befindet sich ein wunderschöner Spielplatz direkt am See.
Insgesamt gibt es von mir 5 Sterne für einen gelungenen Urlaub. Vielen Dank an den Vermieter. Die Unterkunft empfehle ich gerne weiter!
