Holiday apartment Rosenstock F***** is 90 sqm, suitable for 2-4 people, and is located on the upper floor. It consists of a hallway with wardrobe, shower/WC, 1 bedroom with double bed, crib/TV, radio, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and sitting area, living studio with leather couch, TV, radio-CD-DVDP, luxury kitchen with dining area, dishwasher, electric stove with ceramic hob and oven, microwave, as well as kitchen appliances. Top equipment, separate entrance and lower terrace.

The district of Ebing is a small Franconian village between the Itz and Main rivers in Upper Franconia.

Everything was as described in the advertisement. A super clean, well maintained and well equipped holiday home. Excellent service from the landlord on site. We can only recommend this holiday home in a beautiful, quiet location. The beautiful terrace with the many seating options and also the beds and bathrooms - everything tip top. Simply recommended !!!
We stayed for 7 days in the Rosenstock and Schmetterlingsgarten holiday flats and are very enthusiastic!
The preparation of the holiday from the e-mail contact to the sending of the documents was quick and uncomplicated.
The house is really magical! It is really as described and as seen on the photos, nothing has been glossed over or left out!!!! We have rarely found such a well-maintained, well-equipped and above all CLEAN house. Many little things make the stay pleasant and make you feel welcome. For example, the welcome in the fridge, the pretty decoration and cosy furnishings and, last but not least, the kitchen equipped with every conceivable household gadget.
Mrs. Landgraf is available for questions and suggestions and is uncomplicated! The location is also as described and many of the tips are very useful!
Thank you very much for letting us use your house! We will definitely book it again and unreservedly recommend it to our friends, acquaintances and colleagues at any time!

Outstanding accommodation
We received a very friendly welcome and were overwhelmed by the comfort of the flat, which leaves nothing to be desired
Very beautifully furnished, with loving details, with beds in which we slept excellently.
The surrounding area is great for cycling and there are many things to do.
We will gladly come back again.
